Hello!
It is not a question about the Epic, sorry.
After flashing a new rom I lost all of my bluetooth pairings. I know I can backup it with Titanium Backup. Only problem is I have a 3 backups for "Bluetooth Pairings" but there is no restore button in Titanium Backup pro.
What else do I need to backup in case if I need to restore bluetooth pairings? Where is stored data for the Pairings?
Thank you!

I use Spb Backup software to make my backups, try that
I did a full titanium restore before moving to EB13. I want to restore my user data, but not my apps. My two main things are my desktop orientations, my old SMS messages. I can't find anything in the backup list that looks like it would be either of these two items. Can you tell me where to find these to restore them?
I did find my BT pairings, and my WIFI APs, so I am good there.
I didn't think Titanium could backup system data like mms and phone logs. I thought it was just settings and apps.
I'm not a huge fan of Titanium or any other market backup utility. They are all spotty. I would nandroid backup and rely mostly on that, on top of Titanium.
If you can backup and restore using CWM3 do you even need Titanium Backup?
I think the real advantage of Titanium backup is that you can selectively restore programs and data. i.e. you can choose to restore your MMS data but not your wifi settings, etc. FYI, I know the MMS data is in there because I restored it all when I moved to EB13. I just don't remember where it is...
Titanium has a wiki (and forum?) that has good information on all of this. Look here: http://www.matrixrewriter.com/android/
I am new to nexus 4 but not new to android .. with all my phones i experiment with different roms but everytime i change my rom i tack backup of all softwares and data manually and restore it againapp by app(very tedious process).. is there any way or software to do all the backup(call logs, sms, app+data ) and restore it automatically after changing the rom ...
please help
Yes there is. Titanium Backup allows you to back up to SD or cloud. You can backup all apks and data and restore in one go. It's not tedious but takes a little while... obviously.
The pro version of titanium backup allows one touch batch restores.
When I try to restore my sms messages with titanium backup all the conversation threads re appear but none of the messages are there. I backed up and tried to restore my sms on touchwiz based 4.4.2 roms. I've read around a bit and it seems like titanium backup isnt the best for restoring sms messages, I should have probably used a specific sms backup app. However, some people are saying restoring sms works with titanium backup on aosp roms so could I flash an aosp rom, resotre my sms with titanium backup, backup with a proper sms backup app, and then restore that new backup to my current rom ?
Is there any other way I can get my sms from the titanium backup ? Like can I convert it to a different backup type or something or open it and restore it with something else ?
Any help and advice will be appreciated, thanks.
Never mind I got it. I flashed an aosp rom, restored the sms trhough titanium backup, took a backup of that with sms backup and restore from the playstore, and restored the backup from that app on to my current touchwiz rom.
Guys, I am really looking to find a solution for a device without root / TWRP / Titanium Backup:
How (the hell) or which application does a full backup of the apps with their data? Titanium Backup was the place to go, and also Nandroid backups were great. But since I don't have root any more, I still have to find a way to backup like in the good old days.
I used Samsung Smart Switch yesterday on my PC to backup, only to discover after a reset that it doesn't backup and revert the app's data... every setting, login, etc. had to be redone from scratch!
The freaking backup solution should also backup the settings and everything of the app...
Tell me there's something for non-rooted users, that can't be!
Thx
