Your lagfix whatever it is , is screwed. Betcha have problems installing apps too. You need to clean install rom again. I noticed the problem after I installed new kernel forgetting to disable lagfix before update.

Try to unmount the sd then download and install, it worked for me when angry birds didn't install.
Package file not signed correctly when I did that

Same problem.
Mines updated... but I just realized none of my downloads are showing up in the market.
I found that edited apks (themed or otherwise) cause updates to not install correctly. Have you tried uninstalling gmail altogether and then reinstalling?
try using rom manager's file permissions fix that helped me with some apps that were failing upgrades. (assuming your rooted of course)
also... try using root explorer, navigate to system/app change to r/w permissions.
delete the gmail.apk, reboot to recovery and wipe dalvik. Reboot and re download from market. Hope this helps
i cannot remove it
i have to install launcher pro plus
Have you tried Root explorer.
Download Root Explorer, find the address system / app / and delete the file launcherpro.apk.
Use SGS Tools.

First install root exlplorer than if you have downloaded launcher pro plus.apk on PC move it to SD than open root explorer go to your SD copy the file you want go to system/app mount as R/W and paste the launcher pro plus file than REBOOT after the phone boots you can delete the old file ENJOY

hey here is the simplest way to do it. first off all go to the market, download " system app remover" then using task manager kill ur 'launcher pro' now go to sys app remover and uninstall launcher pro. then load launcher pro plus. to be extra safe add the ADW launcher then remover launcher pro and install launcher pro pluss and then remove ADW launcher
install titanium ... find out LAUNCHER PRO in "backup/restore" .. tap on it .. tap on UNISNTALL..!!
there s many of them in market to uninstall system apps.. but i prefer titanium coz it is useful in sum other doings too..!!
Use root explorer and then navigate to system/apps
There scroll down to launcher pro and delete it
And copy the new launcher pro or install it from my files
But make sure you are in read/write mode

i think the easier way for a rookie is to just do it with titanium backup
Easiest:
Download ROOT MANAGER.
Than in main menu go to: System apps -> App Remover - find LauncherPRO.apk and remove it
Download Root Uninstaller from Market!
It's free!
Lol there is no LauncherPro plus file you just have to enter your plus code in the menu !
it is easy from cmd using adb
copy your launcher to SD card adn just open cmd in your machine (you must remember that you need to have dbug mode on)
adn wright such command:
adb shell
su
stop
mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/stl6 /system
rm /system/app/launcherpro.apk
cp /sdcard/launcherproplus.apk /system/etc/launcherproplus.apk
reboot
exit
and it is done
POST 2
download a app called
SYSTEM APP REMOVER
then install
n remove any sysrem app you want
doesn't work for me...
root explorer says that the file can't be removed because it is read only
any suggestions?

Is there a downloading link to install raid zero recovery using recovery cm ?
recovery file is here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1370109
you can install it via
- fastboot
- terminal on phone
to install it from terminal
cd /sdcard/(wherever it is)
flash_image recovery THE_FILE_NAME.img
Also if you were using a rom that included root explorer and you did a titanium backup you can restore it through titanium, the only thing is that it will restore it as a system app, because it was before hand.
titanium backup is also available as flashable zip if you install this you can restore saved apps
Just a heads up, multi Install apps too data isn't working in RZR

@liam yeah 1 at a time works
Was just wondering what the negative ramifications would be if I were to delete the supersu app that I used to root my device in the system apps, and replace it with the new one that Koush released through the play store? Thx in advance for the help!

Try it and find out. That's the only way to know

Re: [Q] Replacing supersu with superuser from Google Play as system app?
There's an option in SuperSU's settings to uninstall & cleanup the app in readiness for replacing with another superuser application.
I did this then installed Clockworkmod Superuser from Play store, no issues as yet on my N7.

Re: [Q] Replacing supersu with superuser from Google Play as system app?
Install it. Open it and give it Superuser permissions. Open a root app and make sure Koush's app is asking for root. If so, delete superuser from /system/app.
I do it all the time.
Where you can get into trouble is if you don't open the new Superuser app and root app before deleting the old Superuser. But fixing it is easy, just flash a superuser zip in recovery.
