[Q] MIUI FileManager ?

Hi mates
Is there a file manager like that present in miui rom? and i mean has feature of automatic installation of apps.
Regards,
N
NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what you mean by automatic installation, but for me this is the best.
I cannot find anything that it cannot do.
Thanx a lot but u definitely tried miui - when u open file manager > go to apks > mark whatever u want > many options appear 1 of them is INSTALL > press it and leave the phone > all apps will be installed without your intervention
That's what i was talking abt.
So what you mean is multiple app installations with one click. Correct?

Good observation. I've never tried this before. Thanks!

[Q] Nexus 7 google play WIFI download stuck

Hi all,
My nexus 7's google play is behaving weird for last 1 week or so. It downloads few apps, but stucks at DOWNLOADING most of the time.
I have already tried all these tricks, but no luck:
- Cancel the download and retry
- Ensure there is enough space on your device for the app to install
- Reboot your device
- Clear the cache of the Google Play Store app (Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Play Store > Clear cache)
- Confirm there is strong connectivity on your device, and contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected
- Unmount and remount the SD card (visit Menu > Settings > Storage > Unmount SD card; then Remount SD card from the same menu, or restart the device if the remount option isn't available)
Also,
: tried other wifi , factory reset , but its still same
Its not that i cant download apps at all but its like i can only download few apps once in a while. PLEASE HELP AS ITS ACTUALLY VERY VERY FRUSTRATING... Counting on this forum :fingers-crossed:

Hmm, did you anything prior to this problem surfacing? Are you fully stock? What apps are in background ram/cache? Have you tried wiping the sdcard with a custom recovery and reloading google nakasi stock thru fastboot into the device per http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1907796
Or via a nexus7 toolkit?
I'm aware that there is a worldwide cyberattack talking place, causing erratic throughput behavior to some countries/server... That might be the cause

[Q] problems with music player.

I'm having the same problem as the guy in this thread (kinda old): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2282959
Except:
1. it's with my music player
2. i thought it was a smart idea to try and uninstall it then reinstall.
I can't reinstall it, i've tried moving to system > app then setting permissions to rw-r-r and just regularly trying to install it.
I really enjoy this music player and i rather not have to factory reset my phone, then root all over again.
Thanks in advance for any help!

I have installed SwanSong and the sound is amazing. SwanSong have an aroma interface and it will be easy for you to install it with all the guides inside the installer. Here are the steps I have done to install it (Same as provided by @tywinlannister).
1. Install the BusyBox app and also install BusyBox inside it.
2. Set SELinux to be permissive. (This is important, but you can do it during the installation of SwanSong).
3. Flash Arise Sound Systems zip from the link https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=151719
(Click Aroma & look for ARISE+Deuteronomy+2.94+Modular+AROMA+Installer.zip)
4. Reboot to system.
5. Configure the mods.
6. Reboot again.
This is the recommended setup from the developer itself while flashing SwanSong in Aroma. (Thanks to guitardedhero)
I would recommend Core (mandatory, if not already installed), ViPER4Arise™ 2.5.0.5, Profiles, Arkamys™, ICEsound™, Skip Config and Preset, MusicFX (unless you know it's already installed, this script will leave an existing MusicFX installation intact and end, just in case), permissive (do not, if Enforcing Mode is preferred), Repair SD Card Permissions (allow up to 3-5 minutes of additional time for this script).
Once booted:
Android Settings > Apps > Menu > Show System > Arkamys > Enable Phone Permissions
Android Settings > Apps > Menu > Show System > ViPER4Arise > Enable Storage Permissions
Open ViPER4Arise™ and select Audiophile™ X profile from the Load Effect Profile option in Menu.
On displayed output tab:
Master Power > Off
Master Power > On
Menu > Device Status
Should show Enabled, Normal, and Processing: Yes (at least during audio playback for some scenarios)
If you want to select ViPER4Arise™ through a media player's Equalizer option (not necessary, recommended for users that prefer to get to ViPER4Arise™ through a media player rather than launch the app from Recents or App Drawer):
Android Settings > Apps > Menu > Show System > MusicFX > Disable
Reboot for good measure.
Hope it will help for you. If anything bad happens, just dirty flash your rom (only wipe cache and dalvik) and everything will be good. :good:
NB: There will be a lot of modules during the aroma installation which you can skip (Toolkit, Dolby Plus, Dolby Atmos etc) if it is not mentioned in the recommended setup. Its your choice. Enjoy a crystal clear sound from the great developers.
Thanks to @nazim7

Galaxy S8 doesn't allow me to use custom ringtones from my phone anymore

When chosing the way I wanted to set a custom ringtone, I accidentally pressed google disc button and now it doesn't show me the option to add a ringtone from the device's storage. How do I reset it?
I normally copy my ringtones to folder called Ringtones and they appear then in the list automatically after rebooting the phone.
