how i can make HSPL2 For this ?

Why?
I've always assumed that they're reference numbers to hardware, and have nothing to do with the bootloader, so I've never paid any attention to them. To be honest with you, I've never seen anyone even ask what they are, let alone worry about them.
I'm sure you can just flash HSPL and not worry about them.

okay i think i tried everything. im trying to get the SPL 1.42.0000 on my phone but what rom do i download to get it downgraded. right now my device is:
PB81120 SS-B3
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE <---- need to change that to SPL 1.42.0000?

New to windows mobile phone had android phone please help i need my phone to look bad ass...

You can't change the spl on the new t-mobile hd2s yet.

More details will be needed for anyone to help you...exactly what were you doing or just did? If you were flashing a ROM, where in the process and what elements and steps were you using?

more important than the rom version is being sure hspl has been removed (assuming you have applied hspl in the past)
to check, enter bootloader and make sure the number by spl ends .0000 and not .hspl
is this ok send back to htc?

Yip, I sent mine back with HSPL on it and they still fixed it under warranty
In my device (android) the Bootloader is standing:

Some people said that is Hynix device or something like that
So anybody can explain me what is the different between these
because some android kernel (dorimanx 6.0 and above) can boot on my device, it stucks at go go go screen
