I have galaxy s4 i9505 and after region changing my csc is ALB, i can't get updates. What can i do? It is multi-csc... Region SEB, but CSC ALB.
So I will not get updates?
Hi
I had the same problem, I don't know why it happens.
I also have GT-I9505 and at first I had mismatch of PDA and CSC, my PDA was ME2 and CSC was BTU so Kies told me it doesn't support my firmware and thus I couldn't get updates. That was on android 4.2.2.
Then I installed the DBT (android 4.3) stock rom of Germany but when I entered Kies the CSC was still BTU and didn't change even after a factory reset so again I couldn't get updates, not via Kies nor OTA. Afterwards, I installed at last the BTU stock rom and everything was OK.
The Kies no longer told me that my firmware is unsupported and I received the MK8 update a week ago and gonna receive the new update which was released yesterday in a few days. Moreover, I forgot to mention that the Knox flag wasn't tripped after installing the BTU rom.
My suggestion is you install the rom which matches the CSC of your device because the CSC doesn't change after installing a stock rom so you have to adapt yourself to the CSC.

DTM is of Germany T-Mobile. Where are you from?
You had the German T-Mobile before and moved to SEB (Serbia) rom?

You can try flashing (via Odin) the new update which was released two days ago (MKE).
It was released for Germany and France for now but soon will be rolling to everyone.
I'm almost sure it won't trip the Knox flag if you do everything right.

Yeah that's an option also.
Also, did you try factory reset after the installation? If not, do it. It sometimes helps, in my case it didn't help to change the CSC to DBT when I installed the German rom.
I hope Kitkat will arrive soon to our devices. I can't wait to see the improvements and how did they change the TW.
Is it safe ti install the german dbt firmware on my uk g900f?
As ive heard the dbt are always the ones to get the quickest ota updates
Hi all, it's been a while...
I recently noticed that the initial default language on my Samsung Galaxy S5 language select screen, when installing BTU firmwares, is set to Polish, is there a reason for this?
The phone was brought unbranded (SIM free) in the UK, CSC: OXA
Thanks
I have a german (DBT) Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
I flashed Nougat Beta 1 with Odin. CSC is atm G935FOXA1ZPK4
What is the best way to update to the final, if possible with keeping data?
I'm assuming you have no intentions to trip knox since you're only on beta 1, so custom flashing appears to be out of question.
You can flash via Odin one of two available official firmwares (BTU and O2C) at the time of this posting (note that this may break CSC features since your original is DBT) or wait out for official DBT release. Official firmwares can be checked on Sammobile.
Using Home_CSC in Odin would not wipe your data, however, that may mean you would have to wait for official DBT firmware to be on the correct CSC.
Last but not least, you can roll back to MM and wait for official OTA updates from your carrier. Its pretty much a waiting game on the official route.
I originally was on DBT, my CSC changed when i flashed Beta 1 BTU, because Beta 1 was also not available as DBT. After flashing Beta 1 my CSC showed OXA (see screenshot above).
In the meantime i flashed final BTU with Home_CSC. My CSC is now shown as G935FOXA1DPLT.
I will switch back to DBT, when final DBT is available. Is there a way to change to DBT without erasing data? I guess not.

As long as you use Home_CSC you shouldn't lose data, so hopefully it'll be included later in the final DBT firmware.
I updated my S10 Plus to the first Android 11 with Odin... my original firmware is HTS (3 Sweden) but I used NEE. When the second Android 11 came out I did the same thing... success!
I asked in the forum if I will get OTA in the future and I got the answer YES. What version will I get then? NEE or HTS? Before my update the version said NEE, NEE, NEE... Now it says XEF/NEE, XEF/HTS
Ideas?
No one?
Now the firmware for my phone is released (Sweden Three HTS) has been released on Sammobile.
Do I benefit anything from flashing it? I have NEE today...
