REBOOT INTO RECOVERY Not Wroking

I'm trying to reboot into recovery from Rom Manager to Change my Rom but once I clicked on reboot to recovery it restarts but never loads just stays on MyTouch 4G screen

similar things have happened to me but all I did was either pull the battery or reinstall Rom manager.

Any other suggestions if I've tried both

youve tried manually booting into recovery from hboot?

In hboot what selection is it to boot

well, if youre trying to get into recovery, choose recovery from the menu in hboot and press the power button to select.

If I want to install another Tom but can't do it from Tom manager can I do it from Hboot

Which version of clockwork are you using and what rom do you have currently running?

Just boot into recovery using hboot and flash there, same with making backups. That's the easiest and most secure means at this time.

Can you boot into the Rom and try to flash the recovery? Or try uninstalling Rom manager, reinstalling it, then re flashing recovery?

dang, thats not good.
have you tried manually installing recovery through fastboot, then booting into recovery through hboot?

THanks I re installed It and It Finally Worked

There is a thread called "themes for cm7" in the themes and apps forum that have several flashable fonts available. They might be only compatible up to I think nightly #28 though.

or you can use the app Absolute System for root. It has boot Animations and fonts that do work in CM7.

Here you go, wasnt sure wich one you wanted so I did both and added a extra. Flash via recovery or Rom Manager

That's the default Android boot animation. When you delete the bootanimation.zip in system/media you should get that Android default boot animation.

its a .rle file if you decompile the boot.img
boot.img contains the kernel.
but if you want to have it for example on miroslav_mm ROMs you must replace the .rle

Wifi not working

Since i switched my os to android, my wifi doesnt work. it only does if i take out my sim card. why is it so?

Even strange, could be a bug in your ROM, you should reflash another ROM and see what happens...

Sounds like a bad WiFi driver, drive a new ROM or a new kernel.
