Is this possible? Or am I just crazy??

WP7 on HD2 booted via SD card, similar to Android. Or maybe a dual ROM with WM 6.5.x and WP7? Find a way to re-portion the SD card so WP7 doesn't take up the whole thing, and have enough to run a RAM Android ROM as well??

I don't think anyone is trying to get wp7 running from sd card at this moment but I could be wrong

Hi all, how to run Android SD ROM through the "Boot AD SD" item in MAGLDR? I use WP7 NAND ROM (thanks to Cotulla), my SD card was entirely formatted for WP7 during WP7 installation.

If you're wanting to dual boot,
All you need to know is here....
[REF] Tutorial: How to partition sd card to run wp7 and android from same sd card
Please note- this WILL reset your WP7 partition as well, so it'll be like starting from scratch.
the single sd card method worked for me...

hey,
I would like to get WP7 and Android on my HD2.
today i have NAND android on my HD2,
my question is if I want to install the SD Android version, i have to do Hard Reset my HD2 or just install the SD Android?

You just have to copy the sd android build to your sd card. Then in magldr, choose which folder has the android build you want to boot and then boot ad sd. When you install wp7, it will copy over your NAND android, and if you want to use one sd card for both wp7 and android, you will have to partition your sd card correctly so wp7 doesn't take up the whole card. There are threads about it in the sd android dev section and the hd2 wp7 sections.

If I am istalling Android NAND, can i install after that WP7 SD, and make the Android the default?

is it possible to boot ubuntu via a xap that does the same as haret.exe ? yes i know that the sd card is formatted specially but you could partition the sd card the same way people use android from the same sd......

you can dual boot, but not via haret, perhaps in the future but idoubt it since magldr makes it quite easy as is, now what woud be useful is dual boot wp7 and WM6.5,

installing wp7 and no recovery?

i installed wp7 on hd2, and i don't have recovery now (for install android in another sd card)
if i install recovery i will lose wp partition, so how do this?
in practice i want use wp7 in nand with sd card 1, and use android in native sd on sdcard 2

this had me going for a while.
search for the ext4 recovery version for sd card.
with madldr you set the boot folder to ext4 and boot into recovery from there.
i have windows 7 in nand, and 1 sd card with 'sd android | ext4 data | windows 7' which i find easier although you need 2 cards to set it up anyway.
