Hi everyone!
Do you got HTCsense.com working for you? well, i dont ...and ive tried all kinds off stuffs. howcome?
Ive oppened an account on HTCsense.com, and done the same through my phone.. registered my name, mail, number and so on which is required.
well, after all that done, i logg in to check if it works. My name is there, and number and so on...but when i try to call though the site...doesent work. says it cant connect.
And on the left side, where a map is supposed to be...its empty, and says i have to go to settings>locations>phone finder (or something in swedish) - which is allready checked in.
i can block my phone through the site...set a pin-code to unlock and so on - but nothing happens on my phone... its still unlocked!
So basicly:
Nothing works
- not to call
- not to find my phone
-not to block it
How do i do? i really need this funktion to work! ive tried DHD on SD, now on NAND...nut still the same...
if you got it working, please help!

Yeah I cant work it out either, it baffles me how these people even manage to change their radio rom never mind read a forum title/sub-title.
I mean surely they must realise that their topics look a bit odd in here?

Im having same issue with the DL.DesireZ.v3.1.beta, Its a problem with the builds or roms not communicating properly with HTC.
[edit] Just re-checked and its now working fine except the HTCHub just keep getting error. Everything else now works fine though.
PS. Yu do know that you need a data connection or wifi for it to be able to communicate with phone dont you?
i dont have any data-contract with my operator ...but still, when i use wifi, still got no connection. this message appears in red:
"RingUnable to connect to your phone to make it ring."
dont know why..
well after looking around, i found this 3rd part app called Phone Locator Pro (also av. in Free) i Android Market...
if your phone gets stolen or something...you can track it with gps. got some nice extras like if they change the SIM, you get their number, locations, IMEI and so on...
I will use this until someone helps me to get HTCsense.com working properly...
Don't wait to get help. HTC sense is not working properly.
Sometimes I can download, sometimes it gives me an error...

I have the same issues running a NAND DHD. HTC hub for instance will say error can't connect, yet I'll get notifications saying new apps/widgets are available that'll download install but won't open, HTCsense.com like you say hasn't given Mr much luck either, I think the atheist is right in what he outlines
well ok, too bad..
i finally got the site to call my phone.. that finally works...
but still it doesent show on the map where the phone is located...
GPS is on, wifi too...that should do the job, but no...
guess i have to stick with what ive got...

I dont ****ing know what to do anymore.
I have a standard HTC p4350, i hard resetted one time only, i have NO apps running on it, and i dont have a ****ing signal from my provider. This is KPN Hi (Holland) and i cant seem to fix it. I updated the radio yesterday to 3.18.90, but it still the same! Everytime i only have 1 lil bar which goes away when i try to make a call. I cant be called, or sometimes receive the text message 2 days after its been send. I really dont know what to do, SOMEONE PLZ HELP!
RMA sounds like your hardware is going out.
I dont know, everything is working fine, except for the signal connection. WiFi is working fine for example.
Well if you updated the radio on it and it is still no good and you have a warranty send it back for repairs or replacement.
i heard that one of the radios (one of the newer ones) actually kills reception
I am using 03.21.90 and all is great hell my battery life has improved extremely.

Mine did the same thing, and it turned out to be a bad sim card. Try using a friends card in your phone, and your card in their phone and see what happens.
I did, they have the best signal, i dont.

I would try flashing to a different radio version. I think I read about some issues with the one you are using.
Which one do you suggest?

i would try a different radio. i also hear reception was poor with the one you flashed to.

I use the radio that came with Open Touch 3.0 and it works great. I'm not sure what version it is, or if you can download it separately.
for some reason, the 2 times ive flashed custom roms on my phone modaco 1.1 and 1.2 the internet stops working. everything else works perfectly find and the evdo sign shows up, but the internet just does not work. any work around?
and why is it that everytime i try and restore from recovery on my phone, it says
error : run 'nandroid-mobile.sh
restore' via adb!
im guessing i have to run it via my computer and if i do what do i type in??

Several people have reported this, have you tried Fresh rom? Not saying anything against MoDaCo at all, but it seems people have intermitent data issues.

I am running the new Fresh 1.0, he released it last night or this morning. It is GLORIOUS! I LOVE IT. Except, I think the lock screen is a little ugly, I can deal with it though. There are ways to change the lock screen which I may do later today.
i want to use clear as a bell but that doest work yet on 1.0 correct?

ok just downloaded fresh 0.7 everything works again except internet calls sms everything but no internet???
Just looking back through previous threads of yours. You have run RUU and everything havn't you?
I am at a loss if you have done the RUU and still get no data.
idk what the hell is the problem i ran the ruu back to stock internet is fine i rooted internet still fine flash recovery internet fine install rom internet dead lol
Yeah, thats really odd. Do you have any Root apps installed? Other than maybe WiFi Tether. DroidWall? App manager? anything that could be killing or blocking 3G?
i had droid wall just uninstalled and rebooted i also have overclock widget does that effect it? shouldnt right?
Droid Wall definetly woudl break internet. Maybe it left some stuff behind on the uninstall? A setting or something? Apps2SD is on, it may still have stuff on the SD card. You could try to format it again since you cant actually see that partition...long shot though.
Does the Over Clock widget work? See a difference?

might sound stupid but yea overclock does feel like it really work lol. going thru the menu seems so much faster! and when your not using the phone you dial it all the way down, and it really saves the batter

tethering doesnt work for me on 0.7 =/ it says start tethering stays there then it says su request but it doesnt let me hit always allow because the options dont even show up =/
You should have a Super USer Permisions app in the app drawer. See if the permisions for the app are in there. If they are, long press and delete them. If not, you may have to get the APK for the latest build and push it. Make sure that you Allow all, its the only way mine works at least, otherwise i dont get access.

My HD2 sometimes show that my data is fine and working, but when i for example try to access a webpage, or anything else, where i have to use the internet nothing happens. The phone acts just like if it did not have any data. The only way i can get it to work is to go disable data, and then enable it again, but that really gets annoying when you have to do it quite often
I have the newest official rom (1.48.), and the problem exist both in that, and the standard one (1.43.). I have also applied the sim update, which also udates your radio, so it seems to me that it might be a hardware issue
Does anyone experience problems like that too? and more important does anyone have a fix
My telecompany wants me to send it to repair but if i could get it working myself i really do not want to wait 7 days for them to do it.

Welcome to my world.
I'm still trying to figure out the issue too. I do the whole disable/enable data trick as well. It seems to be the fastest way to get back on rather than waiting for the phone to sort itself out.

I dropped in my sensors.sage.so into your ROM and the sensors worked great (I think.. rotation worked)
I used the libsensors that came in the jordan (Defy) device tree if that helps.. (had to change LOCAL_MODULE from sensors.jordan to sensors.sage in Android.mk for it to build)
If you're OK with it, I can upload it to a more world-friendly site (probably MediaFire )

Thanks WinSuk for take time to test and help, please dont give up at all with the testing process, so, not many of us may have enough knowledge to really help with this, and also many of us, we are sure and gratefull, that Laidaxin is kind doing it best according with the time that he kind may offer to develop, for all people that use the FlipSide, the CM7 version that for sure it the BIGGEST new that may happen to the FlipSide Forum in long long time...

We should built it together for filpside,one man can not do it well for this job.the other man that i want to say thanks is the wanggjghost,he help me to do it well.
if you upload you file,i will soon to fixed it .
So... i finally got the 2nd init installer to work...
and i got cm7 installed...
my findings are... the accelerometer does not work... meaning the screen doesn't change orientation when you turn the phone...
and
the telephone dials out... or rings when called... however... when it attempts to connect... it reboots the phone...
and
the camera is still broken
and since i don't really know that much about it... i don't know how to fix it...
hopefully one of you guys that are better at this than me can come up with a fix...
i did get wifi to find my network... though i couldn't connect cuz i don't know the password (i use the push button method normally)
it looks so pretty... and runs so smooth...
if there is anything i can do to make your lives easier on this... just lemme know...
my phone... even though its my only one... is ready for testing...
i don't care about sbf flashes... i do them once in a while just cuz i am a glutton for punishment
ok, this seems fine by now... well I am not a dev so could not direct help, but try by post several threads in other forums in order to try to call other FlipSide users and may be Devs that may help to set this Rom to full.
Hope that lucky we may get some additional help to come.

When I try... it reboots the phone...
That is the only thing keeping this from being my everyday ROM

i was having the same problem as well, mine included the market place too since i installed gapps... i kept messing around with different settings and finally found a solution...
in the settings under wireless and networks go to mobile network settings and change the network preferences to "gsm only" for some reason this beta version doesnt like wcdma yet... which kinda sucks cause you can only get edge that way and no hspda or 3g.. but i was able to make phone calls and download apps after changing that setting..
on another note everything works AWESOME the only problem other than that that ive had is when i changed my ringtones from the default to a custom mp3 or something other than what it comes set at default it doesnt ring anymore when i receive texts or calls... but vibrate mode works just fine which doesnt bother me for now! I'm just so excited to finally see some development on such a neglected device.. i was started ti lose hope and was just gonna let the phone meet the brick wall... i always thought it was odd that nothing was going on with this phone when its more powerful than the original Motorola Droid which was my first android device and its seeing ICS ports... hmm.. ICS ports just something for you guys to chew on.. i will keep playing with stuff on this beta and let you guys know if i find any other bugs!!!!

You guys aren't the only ones... The lack of dev support is honestly the only thing I dislike about the flipside, and it seems like we're well on the way to having a usable rom.

Yep... You are not alone, same by me.... I evolve to really appreciate my Flip, since by now is long time that it is serving me faithfully.... really wish and deserve a much better rom for so reliable hardware.

If you change the settings how I mentioned prior you won't have any reboots
so...even though op says it's finished...it's not quite there yet, right? No 3g..? Hmmm....
Hello - my issue is this:
Data/LTE fix? Stops working after a few minutes - need to reset phone
N910F - tried stock, and various roms - same issue (actually i think on stock it worked best but im unsure now)
cant find a fix anywhere - any good souls out there who know what to do?

Good Question.
No it's still up and the connection shows that only "upload" up arrow is lighting up, but the down arrow stops lighting up.
It may sound super stupid, but can you access the internet or do any other internet related applications work? I assume it doesn't, otherwise you wouldn't have started this thread, but I just want to ensure.
Because at the moment, it sounds like a bug with the "connection display" to me.

I WISH it was just that
unfortunately, all internet applications stop working - i contacted the telephone company and they agreed to reset the connection and that I should turn off and turn on my phone in about 15 minutes - see how it is then. Will post my findings later - there are many threads on this topic on google - but I felt better posting here on XDA. Appreciate the help in diagnosing.

Did you modify your device before the problem accured? Maybe it's the fault of root or a custom ROM you are using?
still nothing - going to use stock rom and test the findings. I dont want to sell the phone but I feel I have to now...
According to your last post, I assume you're using a custom ROM? If yes, got back to stock ROM and test it again, just as you said. I guess your custom ROM (if you're using one) is the problem.

Hmm, that's a huge mess. Do you still have warranty? (Although I guess it's voided by playing around with custom ROMs...)
And do things like normal calls work?
