unlock password device locked BA

the experiance me is upgrade wm2003 SE to WM6 sucses but when SIM card Change my BA locked...how opened..please tell me..tksbest regard

Already change to android, using "gpc_DesireTW_HD2 NAND v2 Rom".
However it cannot link to internet except wifi.
How to solve this problem?
