I wanna start to learn develope but need to get the phone installed correct with the sdk etc, are there any stepguide? just know on the google sdk site it has few firmwares for phones but not for galaxy tab, cant really get it going so i can start.

Do you have the standard android sdk and tools already installed? If you can already work on normal android 2.2+ then all you need it the galaxy tab add-ons. Samsung has a nice tutorial here: http://innovator.samsungmobile.com/galaxyTab.do#02

Hello how are you? with your permission I come to make a query that has to do with android what happens is that I'm trying to do some interesting things with some applications but I need to install touchwiz samsung s5 in android emulator but I have unfortunately tested and does not bring genymotion touchwiz if not the stock android my questions are three:
1. Touchwiz no way to run (maybe the apk without problem) with all applications installed on genymotion.
Two. Maybe you could emulate with touchwiz android files with one out of samobile (where samsung roms saved)
Three., Or could tell me if there is any emulator other than that you can install stock rom

I had the same problem. Helped me to completely reinstall the Genymotion.
Because i write my own apps for android with android studio and i looked around to find a way so that android studio would detect my smartwatch ZGPAX S8 so i don't have to install the .apk manually.

I am a new user of Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G361H) who is not very familiar with the Android OS. I would like to obtain admin privileges for an app and would also like to find out if there is a way an app can be installed on the phone but it will not show up in the applications manager. I also don't want to brick my phone :laugh:

Hi I have a Samsung Tab 4 SM-T530 i am wanting to root this device. all tutorials i have seen require a windows based application like odin to root this.
I dont own windows os i have Linux Mint which is built on Ubuntu. how can i root my tab 4 from this os.
or are there any apps i can install on the tablet directly to give root.
any ideas and solutions would be helpful. i dont want to brick this tablet as i use it for many things.

also when i want to install this i need to root my tab 4 SM-T530 but i dont have a windows operating system. all i have is ubuntu linux. so i cant install anything without rooting first. so annoying.
