Welcome,
I installed the NexusHD2 rom on my HD2 but i have few problems.
1. I can't wath any mkv movie. It's to laggy to watch it.
2. I don't see any option in camera to record in 720p.
3. I was trying to install some HD games (for example Dungeon Hunter 2 HD, Sacred HD, Gangstar HD, NOVA 2 HD) but it's impossible to play. They are lags in all of them.
Is there any way to fix it ? Or this is rom fault ?
With regards to point 3. Are you running the SD version (Android from WinMo) or the NAND version. Because the SD version is a lot slower. This might cause the lags you're experiencing.
Hope this helps.

Asphalt 6 HD and Fruit Ninja HD are working without lags. But games that takes a lot of space are lagging.
But I have lags in rock player
I'll try another rom.
I can backup my apps with titanium backup and launch it on other rom. Am I right ?
actually U can, use titanium backup, dont delete game data on SD card, when U restore your game, all save game will be ready.
If U wanna play game try to use this rom:

Hi people i have 1 question to make!
IS possible to play gameloft games with aurora ics? Before we edit build.prop to desire hd and we can play the games but now if we edit camera simply stop working! Is possible any other way to play gameloft games onde aurora?
Sent from my U8800 using XDA
How to play Gameloft HD Games in the dzo's ICS
Yes I found how to workaround.
- In the rom that gameloft HD games plays without issues, make a backup of gameloft HD games, I use Titanium Backup root, but can be done with similar program.
- Important is the game you are playing, the license is ok.
- In the dzo's ICS rom do a restore of the games.
- Gameloft HD games dont need re-check the license, as they have done previously in the other rom, so this is the trick
Are expected some issues?
Yes, I think so, later when gameloft send an update.
If you update the game in my opinion the license can be broken and the game crashes.
I'm waiting to confirm.
Until there enjoy yourself.
Tested with:
- 9mm HD
- Asphalt 6 HD
- Block Breaker
- Modern Combat 2
Good luck!
yes,
Modern Combat 3 works very well

CM7 or MIUI, Dorimanx's ROM seems perfect for gaming (even though I personally don't use it) because of it's CM7 and Dorimanx kernel combination. However, I must point out that none of the ROMs will give you a smooth gaming experience for HD games. Some games like Temple Run and NFS Shift play well, but they are the max extent to which the games are playable. After this, HD games such as GTA3 have no chance of running smoothly whatsoever (so don't waste your money on GTA)
+1 for Dorimanx combination. Games run smooth (Samurai II, Blood&Glory, and Shadowgun). Chainfire is a must have for gaming
I'm using the NexusHD2 ICS ROM at the minute and everything I've played runs smooth on that. Link is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1434860
But then again I haven't tried GTA on it... yet
Also temple run doesn't work on it for some reason - each touch registers as jump or duck; even sideways swipes :S but I can say that Angry Birds Space, Draw Something and Fruit Ninja work fine without stuttering
It's not the most stable ROM, but if you want ICS goodness as well as (most) games this is one to look out for
Please share your X10 compatible games here and how to install them, such as :
Racing Games (NFS, Ridge Racer)
Shooting (NOVA2, GTA)
Adventure
etc?
AND Which Rom and Kernel you are using - how much Overclock - and how it runs
Temple run working on all Stock roms - and kernels. On some Roms a bit laggy - but all in all playable - you neccessarilly donĀ“t need overclock.
Asphalt 5 running on FERALABS v 18 - Half overcloked (1,13 ghz) on Doomkernel very smooth.
