I wanted to install a new rom, so I when to recovery mod but now my spica is making a loop at the Logo ( status bar goes till the middle)
My phone was not root.
What can I do now, I try to use odin but, the phone is restarting after 5 sec..

I wanted to use app2sd and while i was trying to install it with adb there was a problem and installation failed.
i used xrecovery to restore my back up and when i restored it my phone never boot and on SE white the phone hangs.
when i want to flash it and when i put my phone on flash mode binary flasher application hangs on start flashing and after 10-15 second , my phone exit from flash mode and hangs again on SE white logo ...
What can i do ?

hi my spica is going to restart on samsung logo when i on it it loads the bar & stuck on it & some times restart i tired to flash with many firmwares with Odin but no success any 1 knows the working firmware for flashing
i have flashed it with I570EDDJB2 and it boots but the issue is the ringtones doesn't work on it and the phone is always on silent ,
then i tried to root it with the kernel method and install the roms available on the forum but still it lodes the bar any restart
suggestion from experts are more then welcome plz share the working flash file of spica thanks
Use other odin or reinstall usb

I think i bricked my phone . So i was flashing this rom:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2706844, i flashed and it worked fine, then i flashed some extras that are optional you get upsm, toolbox and stuff like that. so when i finished flashing i went to reboot and it bootlooped. It gets to the lockscreen, then like about 2 sec later it starts booting again with Samsung logo. I tried getting into recovery it doesnt work it just skips straight to the boot.
Pls help :/

Hi guys .. so i downloaded a custom theme from here ( dna aos-p black ) .and it worked however when i restarted my phone it was all messed up so i went to reapply it and then my phone restarted and now is stuck in boot loop.. it shows flashing Samsung logo and then optimizing apps and the turns off and repeats..
Phone is on android 8 with may security patch ... PLEASE HELP.. And thanks..
if memory serves you need to:
- while the phone is booting - once the Samsung logo starts appearing, press and hold "volume down + power button"
if it doesn't reboot then try playing around with your timing - when to start pressing both buttons.
if you get the timing right the phone should reboot into download mode form where you can flash the latest stock ROM

I've gotten myself into many a boot loop while flashing ROM's that didn't "sit well" with my SM-G9500.

A good friend of mine asked me to support him with his "bricked" Note 4.
I tried now for a few hours (usually im experienced with stuff like that) without any success.
Downloadmode is accessable. Odin (3.09) says most of time 'pass'.
I flashed the following stock roms:
N910FXXU1DRI2_N910FOXA1DRI1_DBT_(Germany) [We are from germany] 1 File.
Odin tells me: pass, Phone reboots in recovery mode, installs a system update, processbar filled half, "earasing", reboot into recovery and display stuck on black after retry to install a system update.
I already tried to debrick - after reflash the PIT file, the Note4 stuck in the Note4 Splashscreen with a blue LED blinking but nothing more happens. [Debrick XDA Thread] (should it?)
I tried also the N910FXXU1ANK4_DBT_4Files Firmware but same behavior (black screen after system update - the phone must turned on since the power button doesnt react - I need to pull of the battery for reboot).
Any hint for me what Im doing wrong? This devices drives me crazy ...
Is the device hardware broken maybe? What do you guys think?

Have you tried to install a custom recovery instead first?
