Latest Version? - Desire HD General

Hi guys,
what is the latest version?
I just got one in my hands with:
1.43.468.1
A9191
kernel: 2.6.32.21-g1d6cc4
november 9
band: 12.28b.60.140eU_26.03.02.26_M

Not sure about your region or provider, but for unbranded European phones, the latest is 1.72.405.3. Yours is probably branded, seeing that you have a x.x.468.x firmware.

I see. Probably Vodafone branded.
Thanks.

Unbranded X10a NAM firmware available?

Does some have and can share the files of a unbranded X10a (official firmware)?
I have seen a LAM version floating around but I was wondering if anyone in the US that bought an unbranded unit has these files?
I am running the 023 LAM unbranded version but I rather have a US NAM verison.
The US version has yet to be officially released. My guess is that it will be released with the 2.1 firmware on it when it is ready.

I have found North America Generic X10a Firmware (R1FA014) but I have not tried it to see if it is indeed unbranded and generic or the Rogers branded version.
Has anyone tried that version and then try to update to newest and see what version it downloads?
EDIT: Found out that it is an Argentina release.

Need Generic x10a firmware for US, UK, Canada, Australia or India

Hi friends,
I have recently bought this phone now. Sorry, I should say SMARTPHONE.
And found that it is really very smart, i started loving it.
I debranded it using the SE PC Companion method.
Now this is what I have...
Model:
x10a
Country:
Argentina
Brand:
Customized
Firmware build number:
R2BA020
Baseband:
1.1.25
I debranded it using North America Generic R1FA014 and then updated it to this present firmware using PC companion, and found it to be Argentinian firmware.
Can any one help me providing firmware from US, Canada, UK or Australia or India with build number R2BA020 for x10a.
Thanks a Lot...
Hi.
Run the first step HERE, then run SEUS again, or follow all the steps to get your phone rooted.
i dont want to root my phone please.
can i download those two files which can be flashed using PC companion or SEUS?
Theres no UK firmware for x10a. Only x10i
Was your phone originally x10a or x10i?
There is no generic US or Canada firmware available since the phone has yet to launch officially in the US and the firmware for Canada is branded to the Rogers carrier.
The only 2 generic X10a firmwares that I have seen is your Argentina one and the Generic LAM (Latin America) version.
I am running the LAM one and have updated to the 026 using SEUS.
Thanks a lot
@ Marylandcookie and @Candyman
Thanks a lot for your reply.
@ Marylandcookie
my phone was originally x10a
and the same now, i did not debrand it to x10i due to the SEUS update issues.
@Candyman
you are right my friend.
i also found only two generic firmwares, one for brazil and the other i have.
but i am able to update upto R2BA020 only
can you please tell me what is the difference in Argentinian and LAM which you have. (is LAM the same as Brazilian generic)
i am confused here.
let me tell you what apps i have in my phone
there is...
backup and restore
moxier mail, moxier calander etc.. (which i dont use)
playnow
i think someone should contribute with the latest x10a update.
What you have there is the latest x10a unbranded firmware.
I too am aruning Argentina firmware
I think it is. Then what about the firmwares listed on the PTCRB website. And what that other people are getting other upgrades. May be X10A are different to them.

Sorry OP, I've to clarify this.
The title says it's Android v2.3.3. Are you sure you go the official retail update?
I mean not "Flashtool" or the "Gtalk" update which will give you Android v2.3.3?
Aren't the upgrades mentioned here?
http://blogs.sonyericsson.com/products/
No..the specific region branding updates are highly unlikely to be listed there.
I only want official updates.
Google video talk does NOT put 2.3.3 on your phone. It fakes it.
