sometimes, let's say one time per day i have strange bug with ring volume..i noticed that somehow ring volume going down on the lowest dash immediately after i dial any number, if i just press CALL that is enough for this strange bug. so after that i can pump volume to the maximum but if i dial again volume will go down by itself
so i tried to power off phone, still nothing, only restart will fix this, and that is pain in the ass because it restart all the process & apps on your phone
anyone have this weird situation with ring volume??
i use original rom with all updates that came so far...

Hi, for the second time now I've had this problem where my ring volume somehow adjusts itself so I can barely hear it.
A little over a month ago, I hard reset the phone, loaded apps like MS Voice Command, and Battery Pack Pro. My phone was fine for about 3 weeks, then all of a sudden my ring volume just got really low.l
I hard reset again 2 weeks ago, and loaded my usual apps. Everything was fine again, now my phone just rang and the ring volume was low again!!!!!! :evil:
Is it Voice Command that's doing this? I have my phone volume set to max but I can't change the volume back. Is there a regedit for this?
I'm having the same issue with my phone now. Ring volume is extremely low. I can never hear it when its in my pocket. Yes i do have the "system" volume at max, the "phone" volume is maxed out too.
My Wizard is acting very weird. Whenever the phone rings the phone volume automatically goes to the highest level. I would change it to a low volume but once another call comes in it goes back up by itself. Also, once in a while, there's no sound from any speaker even though the volume bar shows there's sound. Adjusting the volume bar doesn't bring the sound back--it's muted. I have to reset the phone to fix the problem.
FYI: I'm using T-MO custom ROM 2.17.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas? Thanks

After i get an incoming call the volume seems ok. But after 2-3 sec the volume decrease to smth like 2% and its very very low. I checked everything in seeting, tried to change to ring and vibrate, increase, single volume etc. Nothings seems to work:/ I didnt install anything since yesterday, it just happend.
Does anyone have a solution please?
do you have the decrease ring when you pick up the device on?
I used to have loud and clear tones when pressing on the number pad for dialing and whatnot- and in a call, they sound normal.
However, when dialing a number, they are extremely low volume, very faint - you have to get close to know it's making any sound at all.
There is no specific volume control for the number pad
my media, in-call, and ringer volumes are all at full.
This might have started around the time I took my Bell Legend to 2.2 with the RUU.
Is it a bug? Fixable?
ive noticed the ruu has slightly lower volume levels than the bell firmware had...not sure why...
Install QuickSettings from market and you will be able to set up volume of system sounds
without having to install an app, surely there is a way to get the volume back up? or is that just a product of the europe 2.2 ROM?
for whatever god-forsaken reason, it's suddenly back to normal proper volume.
I haven't done anything with phone since this thread except normal use (make calls/texts/check internet/etc)
Hello, i have a small problem regarding the volume on my international g2 d802. Sometimes when i end the call, the volume bar for music, video and games goes down... Also when i have an incoming call thas shows as a notification ringtone volume goes down completly. After i restart the phone, everything goes back to normal, but it comes back again. I do not now what causes this, can anyone reproduce the same problem? Tnx
