If you do a search you will find many post with the odin files you are looking for.

And then as you try the links, you will discover that the file is no longer available and more than 90% of the links are dead.
Thank you cesium! And when search fails, don't be afraid to ask one of the helpful community members at XDA.
The forum stickies will help every time. There is the roll-up one with all of the links you'd need. tested and working as of yesterday... by me anyway.

Android chef central on xda, the basic kitchen will deodex. Its the easiest way. Trying to do it urself can be a pain.

So I got the fascinate rooted.

Download link is dead.
The download links for this ROM seems to be dead . Is there an updated one?
This ROM has not been updated in quite a while. Not sure if it is still being maintained. I moved on some time ago. I do have the non god version. PM me if you want it.

I'm trying to make a odin rom. How to pull but.bin, dbdata.rfs, param.lfs and sbl.bin. Also can not tar make in tar.md5. I looked everything about this on ineternet, and I can not find the procedure. And one more question, how to make file 512 pti.
I was try darky procedure, but nothing.

Read slower then.
There's a link to XXLA4 in the OP of that topic under the "Gingerbread" section.
Only as a CWM flashable ZIP, if you want to flash it in Odin, just extract the zImage.
As for India, go see what radio the Notes sold in India use and use that one. If they're not sold there, then no one is going to know what is best.
