Is it possible to use roms from the rom manager app if I am already running android from the SD card?

I want to format my SD card and install a ROM after a full wipe. What files do I need to have on the SD card when I do the install? Do I just need the ROM that I'm going to install?

The rom and any addons you're flashing, like a different kernel, wifi calling, low mic fix, etc.

i keep getting low internal memory message when i try to install anything, is there an easy way of increase internal memory on hd2.
data2ext,app2sd,nativesd,app2sd+,a2sd, and many more options, the list goes on, , do a lot of reading.
I have tried app2sd and link2sd. But they are not useful when your internal memory is full. I have all the apps on sd. My phone only has 151mb,50 of which is used by system apps. 100mb is not enough for installing apps. I just want to increase the internal memory so that I can install more apps.

that rom (nexushd2, in your signature) offers data on ext, , if youre getting memory errors, you either didnt create an ext partition, or chose the wrong install option.
Sorry but wat do u mean. I didn't install android on this phone, some installed it for me. So I don't know much about it partition and stuff.

Before flashing new rom, create ext partition on sd card using mini partition tool of 1gb and your problem will be solved

yuki ROM lock cards... you must first unlock card with cab file...
Hello. I'm not so smart, so I need some help. Now, for example, I've got NexusHD2 JB 4.2.2. On nand it's quite slow, statusbar sliding down laggy and so on. On native sd with class 4 micro sd card I don't see any difference. But! Would I see a difference if I flash the same rom to class 10 micro sd card?
P.S. Please don't kill me, if it's a dumb question.
P.P.S. My english is really bad, i'm from Lithuania.

I don't have the thread anymore, but just try over partitioning. That's what I did and it seems to run smoother. And questions just ask.
