Hi, so I have a problem with some critical Force Close problems on my HD2 running NexusHD2-Froyo_V1.9a_NAND.
An example of a Force Close notification is this: "Sorry! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
This happens even when I am at the home screen without even opening any applications.
Is there a way to make the NAND of the phone start "fresh"?
Because I had been playing with other NAND builds and I hypothesize that this has been somewhat cluttering the system of the device and that this has been messing up the later builds that I install.
I would appreciate any help that I can get and any help would be gratified with a 'Thanks'

For just about every application I download from the marketplace, I get the message:
"Sorry! The application xxxx has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
I've tried rebooting, but no luck. I am on Google Ion 1.5 with DZO's Nand. Also, a lot of the time my phone will freeze while asleep and not wake up when I press power button, requiring a soft reset.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
in your default.txt what is your resolution set at?
if you set your cache to be on the data partition that is why
Ok well I tried the new donut plemen just posted and it works like a charm no app problems at all so perhaps it was related to my build.
Thanks again!

I am having the same issue, the error "The application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." and the very similar "The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." keep popping up.
I have tried deleting the davlik-cache, but it is still happening. On a similar note, my contacts app is missing and will not re-install. I believe this may have something to do with this error, so is there any way to force install a system app?
edit: I found that I had uninstalled contacts and contact data via Titianium, thankfully I had a back up and that seams to have fixed the problem.
TC maybe you should check to see if your contacts and contacts data files are still on your nook.
Hi,
I deleted some apps with system app remover not knowing the trouble you get when you remove google apps(total newbie). Then i couldnt download from the android market. I re-installed gtalk and gmail and solved the android market problem but now i get this error "the application google settings provider (process com.google.android.providers.settings) has stopped unexpectedly please try again". the error comes up seemingly randomly and does not affect operation of the phone but is quite annoying.
Does anyone know what i can do to fix this?
Thanks, Gordon.

You need to provide a LOT more information. What build are you running? What is your Windows ROM? What does the Force close popup say is Force closing? etc.
