[Q] Is there an Augmented Reality app for WM6.5? - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Themes and Apps

I've searched the boards to see if there was anything like this for the TP2 but I wasn't able to find anything. Is there something in the works or has anyone heard if something is in development? Or is the TP2 not strong enough to handle it?

Thumb Technology

Hello everyone,
I have seen the new HTC device that is running Thumb technology, just like iPhone, and I was wondering whether something like that could also be installed on our devices (Hermes).
I don't know much of these things and that is why I am asking, but the way I see it, it's still a touch screen running a different software OS. I definitely think that it's interesting though - that I know for sure actually.
Thank you.

app requests?

sorry mods, i know im not a dev or really a hard-core techie...but what better place to request development of an app than in the development section?
1. i came from Palm sort of recently, and loved this game:http://www.clickgamer.com/screensho...LM&PHPSESSID=489bdb0b8f6b902f73bbab7b388f22fc
Table Tennis 3D II. I have been unable to find any game like it for the WM/PPC OS unfortunately, and using StyleTap PalmOS emulator is jumpy at times and displays poorly.
was wondering if anyone out there would *please* try developing an app like this? (or refer me to an already created one)
2. A Speech to Text program.
just to clarify, speech to text, not text to speech. I think it could be really useful while, say, trying to text while driving down the road or doing something else with your hands.
perhaps this could help? : http://www.programurl.com/embedded-speech-recognition-kit.htm
i know there have been other posts out there about this one, and i have seen "jott", and heard that ppc's dont have the processing power but...thought I'd throw it out there while I was at it...
any takers?
and I know, I should just do it myself. Unfortunately, I do not have NEAR the programming experience to do anything more than maybe a simple guessing game :S
thanks!

software suggestion - typing program

I came across this on the android and searched and search and could not find one for the windows mobile device.
The idea is you get a new phone and sometimes you have to learn to type on it. A game that has the words go from right to left and you have to type them out to get rid of them otherwise you loose life or something. It would be simple, and extremely useful. Anyone seen a program like this? Any developers up to creating a game like that?
Thanks,
Andrew
faceless stan took a walk.

Rulla Banners for windows mobile?

Anyone knows if it exists? i need a software like this
Bah
Another vague post from a newbie.
Please, not everybody here owns an iPhone, infact I would assume a significant number don't, and those that do defected because it sucks.
Rulla is a "Banner" software for the iPhone that allows you to write text to "scroll" across the screen.
I have spent a few minutes searching for a program that will do this using synonyms of the programs feature but have not been able to find anything.

[Q] Gesture Search - gone?

Hi all,
I have a Nexus 1, on which I've used Gesture Search for over a year. I love it and, as my new Xoom's an Android device, I have tried to find Gesture Search in the market but I am either missing something really obvious or it's not there.
Any suggestions? I did, by the way, search for this before posting...
Thanks in advance,
Ross
It's definitely not there, I've looked too.
I've also used it for ages with my HTC Desire and find it very useful. I constantly find myself wanting to use it when I'm on my xoom.
There's obviously some compatibility issues with honeycomb. But does anyone know any more?
Is it in development?
Or is there an alternative that will work on honeycomb?
