What should I do after I rooted my vibrant?!?

Hello vibranters hahaha, I am new at this rooting stuff and my samsung vibrant is my very first android device. I don't know what to do after rooting. I heard about recovery, clockworkmod, and other stuff about the sd cards. But, I don't know how to do it or what they are. So please, if someone care to share what they are and also some tips and tricks to customize your my rooted vibrant, I'm sure a lot of people are like me and need help also.
Thanks in advance.
Check the sticky thread. Lots of suggestions there for you.

They are the threads that are at the very top of the forum usually with a pin icon next to them. These are the threads you should usually read before posting in that forum to prevent from asking duplicate questions.
If you navigate to the very first thread in this section you are in the correct place.
Thread closed...its all here for you buddy but you need to go find it.

SD card speed fix

The devs may already know about this, but I figured I would cross post so we can get this into the roms for the epic. Basically it is just changing the read ahead cache for the card, and it appears to be giving some people quite a boost.
[Script][CWM] SD Card reading speed fix
Damn do you live under a rock lol. There are all the flashables in q&a. Was posted in dev then got moved.
Sent from my SPH-D700 using XDA App
I got a new guitar amp a few weeks ago and haven't been on xda nearly as much.
Be sure to read through the whole thread in Q&A before you start flashing things. Some zips work with some roms and not with others.

Hi, I don't know, but you are confused the correct place to ask your question.
There's a section of Q/A, much more suitable than any other.

It is not a matter of helping it is a matter that there are threads already about this. There is no answer/fix for this. That is why you didnt find one. It is a known issue with the version of the S3
