Hey all, I dont know if anyone can help or if there is even a solution...
I have a few aplications that are designed for other android devices, when I run them they dont fit the screen fully ie only fill 1/2 or 1/4 of the screen, is there any way to configure the device to run them in full screen or is there an application that will stretch the app to fit?

Send feedback to the developer so they can fix it. Don't think there is anything you can do, at least I haven't heard of anything.

I have a Treo 750, and the screen real-estate is too small - although I love the device. In order to save some of that space, it seems obvious to me that having a 'combined' plugin for 'messages' - email and texts - would be a good idea.
Mind you, I'm a complete dufus when it comes to developing these things - wouldn't have a clue where to start - but you all seem like devotees who are likely to know (if anyone does) what's out there.
So you don't think I haven't looked, I have. I really, really have. But only in the obvious places that a newbie would go to. And this is such a specific request, it's not going to float to the top of most sites someone with my experience would be aware of.
Can anyone out there help me?

Has anyone come across or know of a way to get past the welcome screen without activation?
Would love to know this too! There is no way to bring up a dial pad to go the trick for the other Galaxy S devices. There is probably a way to do it through ADB, but I don't know how.
First and for most i want to apologize that my first post has to be of me asking for help . I did have an account made here a while back but since i installed android on my hd2 i never really needed much help after that, and i always forget my accounts username and passwords....
On to the problem! Sadly my hd2s screen broke but even tho i cant see nothing on the screen it looks as if the touch screen does work. What i need is to access my contacts. After some searching i found some people used the "mymobiler" program that allows you to see and control your phone from your pc. Issue with that is that the program sadly requires me to install it within the cell phone itself, and since i cant see what is going on in there i cant install it. Also i cant seem to have active sync working on win 7. Other similar solution include programs like total commander or something that i really cant understand due to the technical terms people be using here lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One of the thinks i'd love to do is make a dual screen Tablet, preferably out of 2 x Gnote 10.1
something like the Microsoft Courier Tablet but then with Android.
Does anyone know of a way to start creating something like this? I've found an app to make one tablet a bluetooth keyboard for the other tablet, so that's starting to work, but more options should be possible right?

Let me first start off by saying that I do not expect anyone to give me code or anything like that, I am simply looking to be guided on what to do. So I want to make a sidebar, one on the home screen on Android. When I go to make the sidebar, would it be a widget or do I make a new app with the UI and just make the size different so it is simply on one side of the screen or the other? And then make sure it has the functionality to have apps dragged and dropped onto it as well as launch them? Or when people make these do they use a certain framework?
Any help would be appreciated, as well as any advice/ Thanks guys!
