I was wondering if you guys know how to make boot animation for Leo?
I tried that in the summer for my Kaiser, and it was very nice. You can see it here
The thing is, I was trying to make Futurama theme boot animation, and maybe add some wallpapers and icons... Bender is hilarious
this is a GIF of the screens I want to make into a the boot animation... it needs some extra work, but before I do that, I have to test it on my device...

I used this guide to make the animation for my Kaiser

However, I couldn't find any bootanimation.zip anywhere inside my Android.
I can build on that file if I can find it. any suggestions for the path?

I really like to contribute back to this amazing community. Unfortunately, I have no coding skill, so I am left with graphics only. I would really appreciate any help with this.

Been reading for days on the forums to mod the stock ROM on my Vz TP2 and and I'm very appreciative for all your efforts.

but I've run across the issue that everyone seems to hit after this change. The current temp is too large to be displayed.
I've tried everything I could find in my search and haven't found anything that works to change the font size, nor SHOWACO's fixed manila file (in fact, that one locked up my TF3D).
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a tutorial, so I can learn how to do this kind of mod myself? I'm no programmer like most of you, but, I'm not a light weight either and I'm very willing to learn.
My next step in learning is how to change the flip clock font to match, I'm using Berlin Sand FB if you are curious.

I'm trying to modify a HD2 Android them.
the default theme is based on HTC Desire, and which my favorite theme is MDJ Next Sense 2.7 theme.
I tried to modify these 2 APKs
com.htc.resources.apk *modified some png in ./res/drawable-port-hdpi and ./res/drawable-hdpi
framework-res.apk * completely replaced.
And after the modification, you can see that really not perfect,
You can see that still a round shape under the navbar to show the pages like default theme, and the tab show the pages moves around the round shape.
What I want is:
1, remove the round shape
2, mold the tab straight, not around the round shape.
Which files should I modified? Thanks advance for seeing through this thread no matter you can help or not, you studied my questions already.

I am creating a custom lockscreen for the HD2 wm 6.5 to look like the desire HD lockscreen.
I have got it working but am not overly happy with the images I have. I would like to get the official png files from the desire HD rom. I have been trying to find them in an android rom but know very little about it. Could anybody extract the png files for me?

I couldn't find the original theme's apk, so I extracted this from the metal theme, you could easily recolor it.

I'm bored of Android animation at startup, and I want to put a bootanimation.
As I read in some post, it's required to root the radio, but it have this menu where you can change the bootlogo and animation.
The thing is, I can change the bootanimation really in this menu? If yes, how I can do it?
