I am experiencing this issue on the Galaxy Tab, does anyone have a fix for this? I have seen some stuff for phones, but not for the Tab. I does not seem to be reliant upon the sim network as i receive this error message with or without a sim installed.

So I'm traveling in Europe and have been using a mifi 2352 with a rented sim on my trip. Had no problems connecting my g2 via wifi and making calls back to the states but for some reason it has stopped working and I can't figure out what a solution is. I'm running cyanogen's 7.0 RC2
The tmobile wifi app is stuck "enabling" wifi calling and I've gotten errors like W009.2 "Unable to connect failed location update" and W005.5 "tmobile network error retry."
I didn't change any settings or my setup so not sure what caused this. Any help? I've seen this problem referenced on other forums but have not seen anyone with a definitive solution.

+1 any solutions?? Used to work normally and now its doing the same thing as the user above. Any help?
did either of you all happen to change the stock LCD density away from 240?
wifi calling requires the stock screen density in order to get the initial turn-on screen with the little ON-OFF switch thingie
Did you recently upgrade to a new rom? Maybe going back will fix any problems. If you haven't, maybe installing a new rom that includes wifi calling wll fix any errors. You could always make a backup.
fix loacation
I had this problem (at my home in Minneapolis) after visiting Oaxaca Mexico. The gps on Google maps still sensed I was in Mexico. I opened up Maps and then my location was reset. I also rebooted. Problem solved. Also, try fixing permissions.
After updating to 4.4.2 when I get an MMS from anybody outside of AT&T I now get this message "One or more of the message components have been deleted by MMS Adaptation. Either the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your terminal." I have never seen this message before and I have been rooting/unlocking/ROMing for years. I've checked my APNs and everything else i can think of but i cant figure out why i keep getting this error. Anybody ever hear of this or how to fix it?
Hello,
I have a problem with my Nexus 6P. I have 4G connexion which working, but the 3g and gsm didn't work at all.
I can't call and SMS was not sent when 4g isn't activated.
I have installed pure nexus ROM.
Try to come back in stock room, but nothing change.
Try with Cyanogen and I had this message:
"An internal problem related to your device occurred.
Please contact the manufacturer for more information"
I found no one who had the same problem.
Any idea? Or solution?
Thanks you
I've scoured the internet for 6 months checking back every month to see if there was a fix for this.
When I got my Canadian W8 variant of the s7 edge on Rogers, Call forwarding was working.
Then I rooted my device so I can use Root call blocker for its ability to pick up and hang up calls without my knowing the blocked number ever even called.
I then tried to setup YouMail for visual voicemail and keep getting mmi code errors. If I try activating it manually by going into the call setting, I get "Failed to read data, Unexpected response from network".
I attributed this error to Rogers not having call forwarding on my account. But I'm paying for it, and since I'm on family play with parents, and tested both their devices, one is an Galaxy s5 neo and the other is an iphone of some sort and both work.
What is causing this issue?
Is it because KNOX was tripped? I've tried flashing clean no root, and still same errors.
Did rooting my phone break Call Forwarding?
Did anyone else have this issue and find a fix or workaround?
I need to forward calls I ignore to YouMail.
Once again, I've gone through all the so called "fixes" in the first 3 pages of google searching. All of which are the same articles on different sites.
Thanks.
Hi @All
When I'm making a phone call all of the sudden the phone drops all connectivity.
It interrupts the call with a beeping sound and then the message "mobile network not available" pops up.
But not only is the mobile network gone, but also wifi.
After a few seconds the connection to the carrier is established again and I can repeat the phone call.
Sometimes it then works but often I get the next connection loss.
I'm facing this problem on my 6t now already for a while.
I hoped to get rid of this problem by updating the phone to the latest Oxygen OS version - but without success. The problem remains.
Is anyone else facing the same problem and knows if this could be a hardware or softwae related problem?
Thanks in advance
Bastian
