why is it, that android os, or certainly superhd2 not support H but only 3G network

Some/most builds display HSDPA with the 3G symbol. It's just a graphic, the connection remains HSDPA.

im running on hspa and cant seem to enable hspa+, if it helps im running on the canadian wind network
You don't have to enable it... It is already enabled. If you have HSPA+ signal the phone will use it.

Android doesn't report hspa+ on the signal bars, but if you look in the about phone settings it will say hspa+.
