Hey guys. I hate the puzzle lock screen on the fascinate and I want to go to the aosp lock screen and I've searched the forums and tried a few things but nothing's worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Maybe you fine people here at XDA can help me out. Got the latest CM and after setting my lock pattern the slide lockscreen disappears. Any idea how to get it back? Thanks in advance.

Disable the pattern. It only works with pin or nothing at all.
I come from the Samsung Vibrant Dev area. A friend of mine has a Droid X and all he does is flash Roms, doesn't know much about them. His phone does a TV like on/off animation when the screen goes on and off. What is that? Where is it located/ implemented. any info on it would be great. As search is down right now i cant search it. I am interested in possible porting it.
The liberty tool box has a bunch of different startup animations to choose from, I'm not sure if the one your looking for is in it but it does have the option to add ones from your SD card. Its meant to run on the x with the liberty rom but if you can port it then it might be a good place to start.
Edit:ah just reread your post you're looking for when it goes to sleep, sorry don't know that one. Sounds cool I'll have to look out for it.

Unless his rom is built on 2.3 I don't think it is. Since that power off tv animation is part of 2.3 and 2.3 only good luck.
I think you might be right but I thought it was a feature he was planning on adding. I did some searching and did find that the ultimate Droid has the feature, here's the link...

Edit: and just because its a feature of 2.3 doesn't mean its impossible to port it.

Unfortunately I cannot post my question in the development section because I am new to XDA, kinda frustrating but oh well!
Hopefully I can get this question answered about the destroyer ROM....... How do I add the big awesome clock with the weather to the home screen!? I feel like a tard because I cannot figure out such a simple thing but I cannot find it anywhere!

Download and install beautiful widgets, that will do what you want. Weather animations and everything.
You might want to check to see if the rom already comes with the htc clock. Long press on the home screen to add a widget.

I used stay awake while charging while my phone plays music all night at work. No Vibrant rom I've tried has the option. On my G2 and every other phone I've had in the debugging options there was an option to stay awake while charging... any way to get that on the Vibrant?

Probably because you'll burn your screen in with this option. I wouldn't recommend it.
There's such an option on Vibrant, Can't recall where I found it though.

Im on the latest Trigger, but I know for a fact its been there since I bought my Vibrant.

All I have is enable debugging and allow mock locations. Time for new rom I imagine.

The option isn't in a stock Rom. And I'm not sure how wide spread it is on custom roms either, but bionix has it.

I think its called CRT animation. you can check Themes section for CRT related threads.
