[Q] Is my phone bricked ?

Hello all,
Hi have a Magic 32A branded HTC
Yesterday I do a radio update, but I do a mistake and apply a wrong file. The file myTouch-radio-2_22_23_02 for the 32B.
Now my phone stay blocked at the operator splash screen. No more fastboot or recovery mode.
Is my phone definitively bricked ?
PS: I found the post from marcdbl (How I un-bricked my bricked phone), but nothing append with my phone.
Any idea ?

I can't help with the fixing of it but the term bricking usually means no startup at all or screen activity. So there is hope

My phone is stuck at the mytouch screen :( PLEASE HELP

My mytouch 4g that i just rooted is stuck at the mytouch 4g screen. I downloaded a custom rom and since then its stuck at the mytouch 4g screen! when i go to the recovery it says cant load cache and missing things so something is wrong i really need help this is my only phone!! please anyone

This definitely doesn't belong in this section.
But to address the issue of concern. Can you tell us more about what you have done to the phone before you started having the problem? Are you new to flashing roms or have you done this before?

i really hope that you have the engineering bootloader? what exactly is it saying in recovery?

i think i do have engineering bootloader and i downloaded cyangen and it never passed the start up screen! i tried different roms and none work! now it says installation aborted for trying to get a new rom..
is there any way i can call you guys or talk on a IM or facebook chat?! please guys

try pulling the battery and put it back in and hold power + vol down (or is it up?) your bootloader should pop up and with the volume buttons to scroll across the menu and power to select, there should be a option to enable USB disk device and put a rom you know is working or redownload whatever killed you and put in on your sd card. then select recovery and redo whatever you need to at CWM

i have tried that but when i try installing it it says installation aborted

o i have 3.0.2.4

if you reboot into recovery at the top it will say ClockworkMod Recovery and then the version number. It would also be helpful to know how you rooted, if you have s= off, and what bootloader you have.

Wrong section dude. Sounds like you don't have S-Off of the eng boot.

That's no excuse, and not even true. The Dev section gets the most traffic, but there are still a lot of posts in Q&A every day. This will get moved shortly.

I would grab the PD15IMG and start over from scratch, jst this time take it slow and read carefully.
Doing so wont turn s-on, but will unroot you so u can root again and flash recovery again.

Again, so? I can get to work 5 minutes faster if I drive 100 MPH on the highway, but should I? No. Perhaps ya'll missed the ANNOUNCEMENT at the top of the dev forum.

This is related to development if you look at it and stop being an as* about the cyber rules which really do not apply to the real world.

[Q] Help Me! My phone is stuck at GO! GO! GO!

Hello everyone. Im new to this site but i was wondering if anyone could help me.
My phone is the htc hd2 running cyanogenmod7 but a few weeks ago i cracked my screen. I replaced the screen and it loaded fine. But the next day i turned my phone on and its stuck at the GO! GO! GO! PLEASE HELP ME!!! Ohh and i cant do anything with the volume buttons cuz they dont work.

I think you should do a task 29 and then install clk. You need to use clk1.4.0.1 I have written an easy to use guide for it. Once clk is installed though quit following the guide because you need to flash team win recovery project(twrp) instead of cwm. Twrp is completely touch recovery.

Did you read that his VOLUME BUTTONS dont work ?
Most likely you have to fix buttons first mate.

Yes I did read that his volume buttons don't work. I just forgot a crucial step :/

If your phone can not enter the “FourColor DISPLAY” while you hold on Volume DOWN when you turn on the phone。I think the problem could be on HARDWARE

i have done it but i don't know what i need to choose how to know what i need ?
i know one thing this KERNEL-SKT-E330SKSUAMI2-1380022364 broke my home button and all the others work fine.
but if all others work fine ? what to choose ?

Any of those firmwares will work on your device, just install the most recent.
They will not break anything as they are intended for your phone.
flash with Odin, in the PDA section. DO NOT tick anything or change anything else.

Which variant of the S7 do you have? What were you doing right before it started boot looping? What have you tried in order to fix it?

I have the SM-G930F and i try: Reflash the Stock Rom - That's the first what i did - Then i try the the Same but with the PIT File and Re-Partition and the last one what i try is Re-Flash TWRP and Flash a Custom Rom and Yeah what i see is that when i flash the Custom Rom it Stop's on the Half way and The Phone Crash Completly idk why but i think the Memory Flash Drive is Broke Becaus idk it Stop Working before i Charge it the last Time TWRP work's with no Problem but Flashing a ROM is not Possible
