i have started a new blog about android. it will feature the latest android news but also the best of xda software mods and games so i was just wondering if there are any software devs who would like a little more coverage of their apps or mods or themes pm with details

this doesnt belong here..... if you really have to post a new thread about it, do it in general. or Q&A, NOT here in development. also, im pretty sure noone has done an xperia port, because the UI is too slow and complicated.

Can somebody recommend good Camera app for Epic 4G? I'm looking for a long time and can't find something I need. I need good quality of the picture, etc.

OPS : A more ordered Android Forum

Hello,
Being an addict to xda and especially the android forum for our beloved HD2, I'm having more more difficulties to browse the whole android dev forum to follow the news as the flow is growing fast !!!
So my proposition is to split the android dev forum to the 4 main branches : AOSP/CM7 - MIUI - SENSE(FROYO) - SENSE(GINGERBREAD).
I know that it must be hard to rearrange all the topics but I also propose to help, I'm ready to help rearranging the forum whenever the idea is adopted
To all the hd2 xda members, please give your opinion about the idea in this thread, just to help the OPs choose their side

And maybe an 'other' section for themed ROMs (e.g. iPhone themed MIUI or SGS2 recently released ROM or Xperia Arc). However I think that as development on the HD2 is inevitably slowing and dying, some might say that there isn't much point in all the effort needed to reorganize all of the topics into the correct subforums.

[REQ] Dev Attention - We need CM or and AOSP ROM!

TO DEVELOPERS,
WE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF SAMSUNG'S STOCK ROM! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DEVOTE SOME TIME TO OUR DEVICE AND CREATE A NEW CUSTOM ROM?

We need cyanogenmod for our device....I agree there is not much rom development for our device...Devs please spare sometime for grand 2

Indeed, I understand the OP wants to see if any developers would like to work on this, but such a request isn't itself development, so I've moved this to the device General Forum. Hopefully some Devs will see the request here, but of course, what a Developer works on is entirely up to them. I'm sure there are many requests for Devs, but we can't let the development forums fill up with requests.
