Ok so google has now officially released the android source code and SDK. So now there are endless possibilities to what can be done with it, it can be ported to any device.
I'll leave the devs to think about that but till then heres the link:

Did the release of the source code for Sapphire/Magic and Hero change the development of ROM's.
I've yet to see any mention about ROM's being based on HTS's source code.
Did I miss something?

Just to clarify for people who might get their hopes up, this is NOT the full Honeycomb 3.2 source code. It's ONLY the kernel source!
Honeycomb is on the Apache license, not the GPL, so they don't necessarily HAVE to release it.
