Update from1.0 firmware to last version.

Help! I got an MyTouch [ SAPHIRE PVT 32B MFG G, htboot 1.40.1005 (SAP*****)] It's starts with HTC Logo, has 1.0 Firmware version. How can I update to the last unlocked version?
I really appreciate your support.

i have HTC Magic Tim 32A and this is Software unlocked.
can you help me to Upgrade HTC Magic Tim 32A to Android OS 2.2 ???

Android 2.2 builds are nowhere near 100%, however 2.1 is but it's much slower than 2.2, 1.6 and 1.5.
Could you please print the information shown when you boot the phone holding down the - volume key?
Also this should go in general, it has nothing to do with development.

[Q] HTC Magic After Flashing ROM -Network proplem-using cyanogen please help

i flashed my htc magic using recovery :recovery-RA-sapphire-v170H.img
and i used cyanogen : update-cm-6.0.0-DS-RC3-signed.zip Rom .
and i do the cm port using bc-6.0.0-RC3-ebi1-signed.zip
when its started no GSM network selected
when i try to do this manually message appear : unable to connect to this network at this time . please try again later .
My mob info :
PVT 32A Ship
HBoot 1.33.0010 (SAPP10000)
CPLD 12
Radio 3.22.20.17
Please Help me :S

[Q] htc mytouch 3g 32b fully brick really need help guys

i had my htc mytouch 3g very well but y decided to run it the ruu given in tha thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=659403 (this one 46) [xda-ftp] [4shared] 2.10.531.4 T-Mobile USA DRD35) then i got my android unrooted and i can by passed the activator screen them i decide update whit this one (47) T-MOBILE OTA UPDATE from 2.10.531.4 DRD35 to FRG83D [4shared])
i run it from theandroid system recovery after that i didnt see the bootscreen just the logo of mytouch 3g and reboot it alone agiain and again not system well later i decide to rooted whit the nhb given here (http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/HTC_Magic_(32B):_Rooting) not work tells me Main version is older
so the question is is my phone already a crab or it can be fix ? pls help whit that

At first, need SPL-info:
Turn phone off
Then turn on by pressing and holding Back + Power (it's a fastboot-mode)
Write first 5 rows (all symbols are important)
p.s. if your phone is bootlooping - to get into fastboot-mode you need turn off - remove battery, wait a few minutes and place back...

After some investigations in PM solution is:
Flash 3.12.531.1 because it is stock ROM for T-mobile mytouch 3g
Owner in this problem flashed wrong rom (2.10.531.4 - it is for T-mobile mytouch 3g v1.2; this phone has different hardware and official roms than old mt3g)

hi all
i have a htc magic 32a (TIM mobile) rooted ...running cynogenmod 6.1
can i use the htc magic TIM RUU ( link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=659403 ) and come back to my stock rom
is it possble ??i mean to ask will the RUU work perfectly
i dont have a nandroid backup of my stock rom

Turn phone off, then turn on by pressing Back + Power (fastboot-mode).
Explore info. Check Rom Matrix Section in Official ROM links.
If you have current hboot version higher than in desired RUU, then you can not install this RUU.
p.s. post your current spl-info (first 5 rows, all symbols are important)

I don't see any restrictions if you have eng s-off hboot. You can do any thing))
But notice that stock 2.15.901.4 ROM is on Android 1.5 and never updated more...
It is too hard to use Android 1.5 now...
