I just read about it as well, this place is gonna pop!

And better still: "Gingerbread will be in AOSP soon after Nexus S ships. Future details will be sent to android-building."
(from http://twitter.com/jbqueru/status/14915850251280384#)
Note that the Nexus S is already available for order from the Carphone Warehouse in the UK.

what does being in AOSP mean?

It means the source code will be released and ROM cookers can start their baking.
In other words, officially built ROMS like Cyanogenmod & Enomthers will be able to start working on their new Gingerbread releases.

[Q] Chase Mobile QuickDeposit Feature?

So... why can't we use it?
Wrong website. Chase technical support is thataway -->> https://www.chase.com/online/services/mobile-banking.htm
This is a closed source application. Asking here won't be all that helpful.
A quick use of Google told me that there was a contractual agreement between Apple and Chase that was set to expire in the third quarter of 2010, allowing the publication of this feature (among others) in the Android version. I didn't discover if it was renewed or extended...
But this is a question for those who support the app. Not MT4G users and ROM developers.
I use it...

Official Google app with a screenshot of a Nexus S 4G, clearly labeled as 4G and running on Sprint, running Android v4.0! Although the date is 10/26/11 so I guess they've really been working on it for all of this time...
Yeah, and they still can't get it to work. That is just sad. You would think that they would have had the foresight to make sure ICS could work on their other Nexus devices instead of strictly designing it for the Galaxy Nexus. You know there is a problem when the programmer of the OS can not get it to work on devices that were designed to their own strict specifications. Think of what the OEM's have to go through to get this crap to work.

Of course they've been working on it. There were leaked shots before the Galaxy Nexus came out with a Nexus S running a version of ICS. It doesn't happen over night.
I know, but at least this time it's an official screenshot that wasn't leaked! I'm just really excited! Surely it'll come out before the end of March! I was hoping before March, but I installed the leaked build anyway, so I'm good for a while! ;p

[REQ] Provision + ParanoidAndroid JB rom.

I just saw a cool rom called Provision in the nexus s section. What was really cool was the notification bar and such. If anybody could put those into the paranoidandroid rom, that would be a complete beast of a rom. I'd give it a try myself but any dev that could do this or give me some help doing this it would be nice. I wan't something worth switching with sense every now and then. Yes, sense is horrible memory hog, but it's a sexy memory hog.
I think you are in the wrong section buddy

Definitly YES
Why the hell do you want to have a 2.3 ROM on a device which has alot more features inclueded in 4.2 :silly:
screw it lets put cupcake on it.
I remember reading a thread where someone was claiming a galaxy nexus with gingerbread on it would be faster. what a tool:laugh:
You realize gingerbread is significantly slower than jellybean, right? Why in the world would you want such an old version of android?

They're using OmniRom instead of CyanogenMod.
If I were the CEO of Oneplus One; that's what I would do.

If that's the case, then I have no idea why OnePlus posted a picture of the periodic table of elements:
