All BB stores in NYC only sell prepaid phones, so this is a bad sign!
it's on average, one store may have more than another, and in some areas where no stores sell t-mobile they will have more because there is no alternative.
Now I am not sure if I want to go to the store or just order online. Not sure if there is much of a buzz around here for the phone but I could be completely wrong and be empty handed if I go there physically...

What store actually has a booth set up?
I know all stores are supposed to get 4 - the store nearest me has said they are getting none....so unsure. I'll call them Thursday morning to find out for sure if they have any - otherwise it's a ~20 minute drive to the next nearest store (that has confirmed they will have them)

Pretty good deal. I love how they advertise the picture of a white i9100 for the front and the back of the real Note lol. But I've bought from them and they're legit, but my keyboard box was all beat up, the keyboard was pristine. It took them about 1-2 weeks for my keyboard order to arrive, I believe as there is so much demand for the things they sell.

Dude, ive been married almost 3 years now and I know the work-around for your issue. You order it and when it shows up at your door and she sees it you say: "baby, summer is almost here. I got this for you so you can relax by the pool and read a nice book, or listen to music, or even watch a movie if you'd like" The she gives you a big hug and a kiss and when she gets tired of the damn thing its all yours.
PS: replace pool with balcony/backyard if no pool is available.

I think I will be purchasing another. I want to return mine to T-Mobile since I bought it $499 off contract, plus tax. Everything amounted to about $543 - so I'll be saving a good chunk of money purchasing the Nexus 4 through Google.

In order to get the N4 you might have to move to Firefox from Chrome for the next half hour. I know on Firefox there is an add-on/widget that reloads any page you want every 5 seconds. Just keep the Firefox window with the Nexus 4 Play Store page open and see-able so once the device is available, you'll be one of the first to see it and be able to order the N4. I might think of doing that lol.

Yes. The problems only happened because so many people were rushing to buy the device and the servers crashed or something like that. This time I don't think there will be that big of a rush to buy the N4.

For me it was 5 business days. I got shipping notification on Monday evening, UPS got it on Tuesday morning, and I got it 7 hours later that same morning.
I was thinking about ordering, to resell my current 8gb and snag a 16gb, but 1) 8gb is enough for me and 2) I think the resell market is going to tank once this second batch comes out and supply meets demand.

I was on Verizon's G3 mail list and still have heard from them either.
The last time I visited with the store manager (2 weeks ago), he asked me if I knew when the G3 was coming out.
I have a free one locked t oAT&T as well.

I stumbled across an ad banner online that took me to LGs site about the giveaway. It was legit and they chose 6 stores nationwide for AT&T and about the same for Verizon. Unfortunately I stumbled across it a few hours after the giveaway. I called the store and they said they had already given them away.

It's never shown both colors on the T-Mobile site. I've seen that page when it first showed up and it's never had a white option to select.
Even @askdes confirmed no white way back when the phone was first announced.

LOL what a joke. They've been playing customers all this time getting them amped up to come to them for the phone and then they push back the release.
Why is it that every single Nexus release since the original has been a horrible mess of release dates, availability, and price? This is ridiculous. I'm guessing it was Google that pushed it back, since they've also neglected to update other Nexus devices with Android 5.0, but someone needs to come out and actually talk to their customers about this garbage.

Funny thing is, I called a few stores around here (in Cleveland...still a fairly large metropolitan area) and only 2 even knew what a Nexus 6 was...and those two said they hadn't gotten a shipment and were hoping to get one tomorrow.
That was before T-Mo broke the news that they don't know how to run a business.

It's on the Comcast link - you have to hit the "All Devices" tab at the top. Then either search the page for Nexus 6 or filter by Motorola.

Thanks for pointing that out. On the Verizon site it's under google devices. I went ahead and ordered through the link, now the waiting game is on. Coming from galaxy s4 (hyperdrive), this will be my first nexus device. Super pumped.
I was testing a Sprint Nexus on my account and Google sent me an email saying I'd qualified for the free six months. I'd already returned the phone when I found out big red would be launching their own. This was back at the end of February. Still not sure if it's because I was using it on VZ or google was offering it to any purchases of the Nexus 6

Something else I just thought of, the Phandroid "trusted source" leaked photos on Feb. 5th of the VZW N6 complete with logo do show a black device.
Having stated explicitly on their site it's black would open them up to problems if they shipped anything else. I think Phandroid was ahead of the curve
