Hi guys,
I'm new to the android development, and I want to sell apps through the Market.
But I don't know how much $Money/month I will get from Android Market.
I just want to ask, how much I will get if I make 1 simple 3D game like 'Speed Forge 3D', or 'Deadly Chambers' ??
Btw, thank you very much

Hi all !
I own a HTC Trophy since Friday !
I'm really happy with it after three days of intensive use...
But i'm somewhat disappointed by WP7 ; since i'm a .NET developper i would have love to do side-loading for my apps.
But not yet...
And Apps are a bit poor. Nevermind ; i think it will be better in the future !
So, my question is ; is there any chance to have in the future a Android ROM released ?
Thx all for your answers
Raph
Android requires better specs to achieve similar performance. It's not just the device's specs that make it smooth - it's WP7.
Simple question: how many applications do you usually have LOADED on your device? You don't need a 100000 app marketplace.
I thought developers can obtain sideloading devices/permissions?
the speculation around side loading is that if you have a developer account (USD$99), then you can sideload to your windows phone. Also further adding to this is the suppose $99 cash-back after submitting 2 paid applications to market place.
In saying that, and answering your question, I think it will take quite some time for Android to make it's way onto any phones running windows phones as it could be a lot harder to get to the boot loader as i'm sure we don't have the same process of updating (android/wm6.5 = reflash) compared to wp7 where it is through Zune/OTA.

I don't believe you will be able to run an Android port on this thing unless you can hack the bootloader, I haven't seen any progress whatsoever in the dev section for WP7.

Give it time.. once WP7 is officially available throughout the world, the development of it will explode.

hi
just for ur info it has already been very successfully ported on the HTC tattoo
and i have used the same everything was working fine but i did not see anything great about it but the tattoo is less powerful than our phone so all we need to do is wait for one our great developers to make it happen
Yes I think too : our developers will soon make us a 2.3 Rom
I hope developers to work on this please
Hello to all...
I'm working some months by now, in a mobile games developing company (for both iOS & Android).
So, I had to own both OS' devices, to testing my work of our games (in the devices); I bought a used iPhone 4 16GB and now I need to buy an Android one. I've checked and a nice 'n cheap Android's choice is about $150 or so.
Well, I thought to use my former device, a TMobile USA HD2, to port a NAND Android rom.
The problem is, I stopped dealing with my ex-HD2 since I had ported the "Energy" WM6.5...
So, I don't know what's the process to port a NAND Android rom - I mean a modern one, a new build.
Also, I need a suggestion for such a rom; I want a very stable & fast one, "all-in" rom. I don't want to deal with the Android, I won't start searching for apps and such - just I need a fast/stable/"completed" Android device, to install our games there and checking my work.
Kind regards to everyone who likes to help me on this issue.
Hello and welcome,
First, please use a descriptive title
The HD2 is quite an old device, so if you are to build heavy games, don't expect them to run on the HD2, or at least run well.
As for the ROMs, almost all the roms on the first page (ICS) are fully working, just make sure to double check the first few posts to know what's going on. And you can find how-tos almost everywhere, a quick search on google/youtube will help you.
Good luck in everything .
Thxs for your answer.
M8, I'm working on CASINO's games. Therefore, are not so "heavy".

If you want a complete rom try Tytung NexusHD2 Ics 4.0.4 rom.
It is the best rom you will get for tmous hd2.
I am using the same rom and very happy with it. :good:
I did, thxs - but not the "HD", the "ice-cream" of him.
The other one is more "new", maybe more slow for the "good-old" HD2.
Hi Guys, so i'm putting my LG G2 down for a second and picking up my old P705. Why? because i'm wanting to use it as a dedicated device to complete some tasks that I am setting it to do.
So what I'm wanting to know is what is currently the most stable and fast ROMavailable? I haven't been in the section for a long time so I have not idea what i'm looking for.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks
