is there a way to remap the START button of the HTC HD mini (the button with the window icon) to launch any application I want (such as Resco explorer or whatelse) ??

yes the button on the phone's keypad but i also want the button on the screen? I saw in one video posted here that on toshiba ppc when the start menu is pressed on it opens a folder or a program and not showing the deafult start menu. Oh and stylez thanks for your quick reply
Yes, I would like a very similar thing. WM6.5 does this now. When you press on the Start Menu icon, it brings up the Honeycomb. Is there a way to assign any application to the Start Menu icon? Has such program been developed?

im wanting to remap the panel button, I never use it and miss a button to show the today screen like that on the diamond.
In the start menu is a link to show it, so I assume it must have some exe somewhere, does anyone know where?
Or how to write a quick exe which will do the job?
i know the reg key to change it to is here:

Pressing the hangup button shortly does exactly that.
hangup button? for showing the today screen I press the "OK" Button
I would like to assign another commands to buttons: 'Home' and 'Back'.

is it AE Button Plus? I think that what I used, couldn't change the home button so I used the back button instead. You can set it up to handle more than one press too.
Not by using AE button program but by mod the registry. Is it possible?
No, you can't change the Home button.
Bump on this topic. Anyone know how to do this via registry? The home button and the end call button do the same thing on the HD and it's a waste IMO to not have a use for one of them.

Is there a way to handle the double tapping of the home button action to be others? Because I want to use this application Quickdesk Pro but S2 does not have a search button where I can long press it to trigger this application. So how do I actually use this application?
