Is there any free dictionary which works offline.I have installed some but all gives ''host unresolved error''.

what do you mean by dictionary ? yes there are dictionaries, depends on the languages what you are looking for

Zucchi, you can use GoogleTrans (search on the board, it's here somewhere). If instead you want a full dictionary, i'm afraid it's only pay

if you can't help.....don't post...for the sake of it....or are you just trying to get your post numbers up?
Try Mdict and search for a Stardict dictionary that you like. You can convert it for Mdict.
Only English UK is showing up in the Samsung keypad t9 language. But my language Dutch Belgium is showing up in Swype and gingerbread keyboard...
I have this issue with sumee and kyrillos rom... I had the language before using the same version.

Yes, for all it shows UK English only I guess. XXJPQ bug maybe.
Is there a file I can maybe mod? where are the settings stored? maybe I can mod it manually to use nl_BE language instead of en_UK

It hides the languages at random. Try rebooting some times..

My phone runs in nl_BE language like usual. but in the Samsung keyboard settings only the en_UK language is showing up. That is my problem. While swype has the nl_BE or nl_NL language.
I am now trying to reboot see if that solves it. But I rebooted my phone several times last days.

i did my best to understand what you wrote, but its very hard to figure it out..
try putting the apk in /data.app/?
if you want, write what you are asking in your own language, and i will translate it. maybe then i could figure out what you wrote.
i have a foreign rom, i have only czech and english in the keyboard, can you post the language files here so i can put it manually?
i need Italian, but even other european language, if you have it...
i have a 9506 4.4.2, but i think is the same stuff as 9505...

There are no language files to add as languages are part of the ROM.

First thing you should tell us is what custom rom do you have or what you mean for a foreigner rom ...this will help us to help you
In TW roms with stock keyboards the keyboard dictionary can be downloaded in settings / language inputs / language

i'ts just a stock 4.4.2 rom
i can't download but i have root, so i can put the downloaded files where they should go

because now i have problems with internet on the phone, i will resolve this.
the problem now is that i like the stock keyboard, but it has only english and some unknown language, and write without prediction make write with it slow as hell...
this is not for mine.i just share it

just right click on the page and click on translate to english(just with the chrome)to translate it to english
just plz dont ask me about anything of this rom
for the download and use links you should just translate the site and click on the download(up,not middle)

use google chrome app and right click on the page and press the translate button and you will see the page in english or turkish or everything you wish
