No, as this phone is a gsm phone (t-mobile or att), not cdma (sprint or verizon). Sorry.

Any radio is compatible with sense if the ROM is ported correctly.

Looking over the compatibility list it supports all major HTC phones except for ares. That's a really buzz killer.
Don't be too upset. To make Revolutionary work on friend's Desire S, I needed to run fre3vo manually before it would work - it didn't root.
does anyone have a good link to the fre3vo file for the Revolutionary method of rooting?
If you guys can help I am looking for a way to find when my htc hero was made...I found a thread for the sprint hero that used the ussd code ##786# but it doesn't seem to work for our gsm model. Maybe there is another way?

Metro PCS is cdma so no.
The 4g is improved 3g UMTS 7 assume also cdma based I assume.

I think unlikely but worth contacting them perhaps for confirmation on current & any future changes to their network.
