rooting froyo (DDJP6) - Galaxy S I9000 General

Dear Buddies,
After updating to froyo (DDJP6) I am not able to root my phone using 1 click root and giving the error report as "signature verification failed - installation aborted.Could anyone on EARTH help me to solve this and your help will be highly esteemed.
Thank you

I'm having the same problem with the official UK update on a generic Galaxy, JPO so I'll track this as I've already tried many methods and none worked.

Rolling back Software

Hi,
i Currently have Andriod 2.3.3 on My Phone with CF-Root on with Also Installed ClockWorkMod.
I Plan on Rolling back to 2.2.1 to test something
If I Spoofed the Device using spoofw and Choosed a Different device Code and re-flashed with Kies.
Would This Work without any issues?

If you want official Froyo 2.2.1 for UK then flash XXJPY.
Flash with no pit and no re-partition after disabling any lagfix if enabled...and you will be fine.

Good luck
XXJVO is the official 2.3.3 for UK, it's there too.
You needed a Foryo for your phone, I suggested the Froyo firmware according to your need.
Remember to use a firmware with a boot image prior gingerbread. I don't know exactly which one to use though. Maybe someone else can answer.

Help - I cann't install custom rom on my x10

Hello everyone, I would like to have some help about installing custom roms on x10 devices...
Being honest the one who has the problem is my friend, he's in México using a Telcel Xperia X10, and we did all the steps for rooting the phone and so on.
The phone has already superuser and xrecovery, but when we try to put custom roms for locked bootloader always obtain the same line "Installation aborted". Of course we follow the threads abouts roms but nothing....
I don't know why this mistake?? Did anyone have the same problem??
The phone: Android 2.3.3, baseband 2.1.71, compilation 3.0.1.G.0.75....
FlashTool_0.2.9.1
Trying to install XSP rom for locked bootloader
Please if someone has a solution I would appreciate it so much or send me a PM...
Thanks.....

Hello , I guess you are getting the error because you are using rom.zip for unlocked bootloaders . Make sure you are using the correct zip file .
Or else you can unlock the device via latest flashtool (Flashtool in X10i developement section) then proceed with installation . It should work .

I'm very sure that the rom I'm trying to install is for locked bootloader even unlock the boot wasn't a solution...
i think you can check the information book first, to make all things right, if can not find it, try internet.
You can find all useful things through this, then make your phone good, Good luck.

Try Kingroot app first, the latest version. If it fails( it wont for sure. Internet connection is neccessary) then try pc version of kingroot
Edit:
Instead of saying thanks in comment, you can hit the thanks button
I tried both Kingo root for PC (1.4.9) and Android version but they are both fail.
