After reflashing radio 2.X...accidentally no hboot screen - Droid Incredible General

After applying UNREVOKED 3.22. I was trying to backup my current rom using ROM Manager. After the reboot all I see is a black screen . So GET TO HBOOT to reflash with a stock verizon ROM. I select the update option. AND I SEE it updating the radio... Then the screen goes black and I can't get the phone to boot in anything.
All I can get now is a LED light on after I take the battery out and reinstall it. NO HBOOT ...
HOW can I fix this??
I will pay for a expert to fix this for me...

Reflash recovery via fastboot (ra recovery 1.6.2)

This happened to me. It happens when you run out of ram during the flsahing process. I was never able to get clockwork recovery on my phone using rom manager. I was able to to repeatedly flash the Amon Ra recovery by repeatedly flashing it through rom manager to get it back up. Good Luck

You just need to flash the proper recovery image (Ion/MyTouch).
If it doesn't boot take the battery out, hold MENU, put the battery back in and power the device back on while still holding menu.
The device should boot.
Then once it boots try flashing the recovery again. Sometimes the first flash doesn't take. It seems to remove the old recovery but fails to flash the new one. Which is why the phone seems to get stuck at the splash screen.
If all else fails then use the Goldcard to get back to your eng spl, flash your recovery (it should be stored in the clockwork directory of your sdcard) then flash the stock spl back.
Keep in mind though that this probably won't work if you have not flashed the clockwork recovery before because you won't be able to restore your nandroid backup.

Can only get into fastboot, nothing is working.

[EDIT2] Ok, having issues again and now it's worse. I decided to update to the to 6.35 radio and the 1.76 spl and it wasn't working, so I tried the method again by flashing a sappimg.img, it hangs updating the radio and not the SPL is back at the stock 1.33 with security on so I can't manually update the radio or get into recovery and the sappimg is not working.
Can anyone help me out with this situation?
[EDIT] Nevermind, I figured it out on my own. Used the unroot method from www.theunlockr.com.
Ok, so I picked up a T-mo myTouch 3G 1.2 to play with.
I went through the process of trying to flash a new ROM, but I am having some issues.
I rooted it, then proceeded to the rom flashing steps in the wiki (yes I tried to read as much as I could before I started). I got the message about no remote access so I figured I had a perfected SPL.
I went through the "fix" process and created a goldcard and flashed the sappimg that had the engineering 1.33.2010 SPL and the 3.22.x radio (originally had the 2.22.x radio I believe). After doing this the phone will not get past the first splash screen.
I can still get into fastboot so I tried flashing a custom recovery and the flash said it was successful, but I can't seem to boot into recovery mode.
I tried changing the radio and still nothing.
Where did I go wrong and how can I fix it? I really appreciate any help.
Thanks
bump, first post updated with a new issue
power n home button? im guessing u did that already
32b myTouch 3g 2.2.1
Cyanogen Nightly 271
Hboot - 1.33.0006
Radio - 2.22.19.26i
Kernel - 2.6.35.9
ADW 1.3.3
ClockworkMod Recovery
Slideit keyboard
tried that, im unable to get into recovery.
I know how to fix it, I just can't find the right resources.
I need a sappimg file that has a security off SPL in it. The sappimg file loads and starts to flash, it just hangs when loading the radio.
There is a sappimg file that has an engineering spl in it that I got from the "How to fix a perfected spl" thread, but it hangs when trying to update "system" and doesn't make it to the bootloader.
I either need a sappimg that will load the eng spl first or one that is just the spl (if that's possible).
If I can do that, then I can flash the radio through flashboot, then use the original sappimg to get back to stock and start from scratch.
Can anyone help me with that?
dont know if you found out how to get back to orignal rom but go to shipped-roms.com choose android and under sapphire download this file
SAPPIMG_Sapphire_T-Mobile_US_2.10.531.4_release_signed
its the stock 1.2 rename it to sappimg and put it on goldcard. then put the goldcard into phone. power the phone on while holdding volume down and power button. let it load and press yes to update.
hope this helps you cause i was stock in the same position

Mytouch 3g possibly bricked

so im trying to root my sisters mytouch 3g and it was originally 2.2.1 with a "perfect" spl, i used rom manager to flash clockwork mod, that failed and left me with no recovery, so i followed the guide to make a goldcard and was able to get it to the 2005 spl which showed s-off H (its a google branded phone) I was then able to flash clockworkmod recovery I then tried to flash cm6 to the phone and it just sat at the splash screen. I tried 2 other roms as well with the same results. Then i was reading more and it said the 2004 spl was s-off G so i went to flash that, it said flashing complete restart phone through menu to complete i did that and the update screen came up for a second then the screen went black.. Now i cant boot into hboot, recovery, or fastboot. Im thinking the phone is now bricked! Are there any other tricks to try and bring this thing back..I read somewhere about jtagging but could really find much about it. I need to get this thing working asap and dont even understand how this happened.. Ive hacked alot of things and this little phone as been the most confusing and time consuming thing to date. also if it helps it was radio version 3 something. When i try to boot using power and back the splash comes up and if i keep holding after about 4 seconds it reboots again, if i let go a second after the splash screen it just sits at the splash until i pull the battery after a few minutes.

Its a brick. I'll tell you now that you can find a step by step process on using JTAG in the Wiki, but its not an easy process. Your going to have to have some moderate electronic knowledge plus moderate knowledge of how the phone boots to get it working. Your better bet would be to have it replaced under the warranty or insurance if you have either. If not, your second best bet would be to find someone who already has a working JTAG setup and see if you can get them to help you out.

Stuck on boot screen

I have a problem with my G1. I've rooted it (with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=442480 ), and afterwards I had to update SPL (downloaded dangerous SPL from http://code.google.com/p/sapphire-port-dream/downloads/detail?name=spl-signed.zip&can=2&q= ). I've forgotten to update RADIO first, and I am stuck with boot screen.
I cannot use adb, camera+power, recovery (home+power), home+back+power doesn't work either. On boot screen I try to reboot it via send+menu+power, but it doesn't work - the only method is to take out the battery.
Is there any option that I can try to fix it?
I have 1 year more warranty for this phone, so I don't want to lose it.
//I have second G1 working, if that can somehow help in fixing it.
I know it's my fault. But is there anyway I can repair it?
same boat rite now, tried to flash new radio onto my rogers dream last night in order to flash ginger yoshi. after super wiping i then went on to flash the radio and it is now currently stuck at the rogers boot screen not allowing me to enter fastboot or recovery
You cant get into the fastboot? or holding the camera and power?

[Q] my magic 32A got stuck after reboot

After successfully changing recovery, radio and kernel I flashed the ezterry-gingerrom. After the recovery reboot, as suggested, the phone doesnt get into the OS.
It gets stuck at the flash screen:
dropbox.com/home/Public/update.jpg
Please suggest a way forward, the screen fades into various dark green, blue or reds after some time, and no further action happens. I tired waiting for several hours, still nothing.
Any suggestions are welcome.
BTW the image is also found when doing a factory reset in HTC evo and some other models, if that helps.

a bit more info about ur phone might be helpful..like radio, hboot and kernel info..
phone info
xevildoerxx,
I updated my radio and spl using ra-Magic+1.7. in order to load the Diet Gingerbread on my 32A magic.
After the flashing thru recovery, it asked me to reboot, which I complied with. But on restarting, it came up with the image.
This image stays for few seconds, then fades into dark screen. If I press vol down, screen takes red or green shade, but nothing legible anywhere.
Please help, how to recover boot now? I am unable to fastboot or adb.
Since then, I am unable to use the phone, and feel very bad, as it was my son's magic!
radio: 6.35.18... and spl 1.76.2007 was used.
thanks in advance
milind
Do you really have 32A?
May be it was MT3G v1.2 with 3.5" audiojack?
What SPL info did you have before?
Try these modes (remove battery and place it back before loading into mode, cause you may think that phone is off, but it can be in bootloop)
Back + Power (fastboot-mode)
VolumeDown + Power (hboot-mode)
Home + Power (recovery-mode)
If any mode is not working - you have a brick and not able to restore by software methods. Search for JTAG in this case
