having problem to update ROM zip

hi,
i'm in situation my phone isn't working at all..
i successed to update to clockmode recovery 2.5 by fastboot
but i can't install roms..so im stuck - here is a picture of the error im getting

Try a diff rom that is signed. Cyanogen is good to start.

Problem

please help me .... My phone has stoped working when I were setup Jealy Bean...Now the display appear with this <Firmware upgrade encounterd ....bla bla > .... The mob can not enter recovery or download mode...please help me it is not my phone ...It is big problem to me .S2

Hi all!
My GT-I9500 has the Factory Mode screen and it don't want disappear.
I tried a code *#87976633# - nothing.
Flashing also don't help. It's flashing as it should, everything works but the Factory Mode don't disappear.

My galaxy Gear is crashed after updating firmware by Odin as it shows on attached image.
try to enter download mode or recovery mode but no succeed.
need your help to solve this issue.

Trying to boot into download mode and eneded up here unknown upload mode???

I have never seen this mode before. Unsure of how i got there I believe during restart I let go momentarily of the power or vol down can't remember which it was and ended up on this screen. Anyone know what it is. I have a
