Connect your xbox to a wireless router that has wired RJ45 ports, then connect your Vibrant to the wireless router. Voila!
The only requirement is that they're on the same network. They don't have to both be wireless

This may seem slightly unusual but I recently bought a wireless adapter for my xbox 360 which for some reason wouldn't connect to my wireless router.
I then decided to connect to my wireless network using my laptop, and then use internet connection sharing with my Xbox 360 to get onto Xbox Live. This worked fine, but having my laptop with leads trailing around is annoying as there isnt much room around my xbox 360.
What I was wondering though is could I connect to my wireless network with my Hermes and use some kind of internet connection sharing app to share internet with my Xbox 360 using the Hermes USB cable?
If somebody knows how to do this then please share your knowledge! Thanks!
Are you able to hook up the android g1/dream to a wii via usb and use your phone as a tether and connect to the internet or can you use an app for g1 and make it a wifi router so a wii can connect to the internet?
You try the wireless tether for root users app. It creates a wireless access point for other devices to connect to. Connecting to the Wii over USB is out of the question.
Anybody have any luck with connecting their xbox remotes? Via bluetooth or USB?
Ive connected it but it doesnt work so far, kind a of a let down.
Any suggestions are welcome.
I'm an xbox dude so thats why i opened this thread.
The xbox remotes use infrared so no dice there. There has been muliple posts and videos on youtube showing how to connect a wireless controller but that requires a donagle

Back when halo came out for the pc I went out and bought a usb dongle to use a wireless xbox 360 controller on my pc. Now I can plug that dongle into my a500 and use a xbox controller wirelessly.
Thank you

So I bought a USB dobgle thing will it work on Acer iconia a500?
I found some adaptors that can plug into the USB in the side of the tablet and then connect to a wired internet connection. Are these all the same? Are they plug and play or are there drivers needed?
I took mine on vacation a couple of months ago and found my hotel room had wired but not wireless. The free wifi was on floor 5 and I was on 20 at the other end.
Thanks
Anyone at all have an answer?
At least one has to have some comment. I'm lonely out here
What I usually do is take a small wireless router running dd-wrt with me on trips. It can be used as either a wired or wireless bridge so that all I need to do is connect it to the hotel network. Then all my devices (phone-tablet-laptop-etc) just connect to it.

This is discussed over on Asus Transformer forums.
Can I pair my N7 and PS3 controller via my laptop? As in, can i connect my tablet and ps3 controller to my laptop and somehow pair them through my laptop? I dont have the cable that just hooks both of them up directly.
You're Welcome...
I use this all the time with emulators. Works great.

Sixaxis has a pairing tool I found researching the app. It let me pair my bluetooth ps3 threw my laptop. Sixaxispairingtool look it up (;

yep, what he said, use the sixaxis app from the play store.
here's a quick one on how it works:
you need to set the n7's bluetooth mac address as the master address in the controller, then you can just press start in the app, switch on the controller and it will pair.
on any device with usb host capabilities the updating of the mac address can be done from the device itself by first connecting the controller with a mini-usb to usb cable and a usb otg cable.
oh and by the way, this is the nexus 10 section, not the nexus 7, reported.
I am not sure it could be connected via using laptop but yes connection between N7 and PS3 controller is possible. You will have to require cable to do so. Watch the video link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhcHTHo2hEQ which show you how to connect N7 and PS3 controller each other.
