I want a clean Windows Mobile 6.5 for my HTC Touch HD (Blackstone) with no addition of 3rd party softwares and no subtraction of any applications even HTC Sense.
Just a pure Windows Mobile 6.5.

there are step by step instructions in the wiki wizard: -=here=-
there you say, that you want to upgrade to wm6, coming from wm5 (it is the same thing as your situation), then set your pc's operating system and then it will tell you how to do it.

You need more than just WM6.5 to have the ROM on your phone and then you have all the flavours of WM6.5 to choose from. if you head over to http://hd.tsxclan.co.uk we have started reviewing releases from the major chefs here in a very easy to understand way so you can make an informed decision and has links to all the files you will require
I looked around roms page and i was very confused. I want to update windows to 6.5 on my HTC TOUCH HD. Can you provide a link where i can find step by step how can i update my windows? Also i want the defaul windows 6.5 with no additional applications or modifications. Thank you!

wm6.5 has not been released for the HD and never will. Only way to get it is by flashing a cooked rom with wm6.5 on it. Step-by-step guide can be found here.

I have recntly joined the htc HD club i m not much into technical side
I m having some problems regarding this cell fone:
* Phone is really slow n not responding well and at times i really need to tap hard on screen to open a program...
* Time for received SMS is 1 hour later..
* is there any updates available?

In Settings/system/screen you can Align the screen. This might resolve the tapping problem.
You don't have an official HTC ROM. It is custom made by a HD owner. You might want to change to another ROM. It is also possible that an installed program is slowing the HD down. Try to install some programs in settings/system/remove programs.
If you have a taskmanager, find out how the taskmanager is configured. X to close or to minimize. May be you have to many programs running.

I have hard reset the device and speed is improved to some extent but not fully..

Maybe you should first search / read stickies.
Flashing Blackstone is well documented.
Also, you should check is your Blackstone already HSPLed (also well documented).
And finally, you might want to try it with latest original WM 6.1 ROM, so you will have then platform for comparison. Blackstone was not meant to run under WM 6.5

I got HTC HD mini that installed windows mobile 6.5 pro, default language is not English. It cant be changed to English. So i think i have to reinstall windows mobile 6.5 pro on my device. So please can u give me step by step guidance to reinstall the windows mobile pro 6.5 English version?
By the way, can i install android on this device? if yes, what is the latest android version that i can install to this device. also please be kind to give me step by step guidance to install it. Because i have never tried. Thanks..!
