ok since nobody BUT T-Mobile THEMSELVES know about the official Froyo release....lets stop all these "Froyo release tommorrow!!!" and "Froyo released in such and such" threads and lets enjoy the leaked Froyo based ROMS that these devs worked so hard on......everyone knows when the offical Froyo gets here everyone will break their necks to go back to stock and when they hate being on stock they'll go right back to a Froyo based Custom ROM....in short...lets just enjoy what we have and let official Froyo get here when it gets here.

All that plus some, it was said by many EE12 wasn't real, then it got out of hand by rjmjr accused wdm of getting someone fired by making a fake .rdf (BS). Why kOnane is out of ACS is beyond me...
But me and wdm have very credible sources, we give you guys leak dates/info (I don't leak software,not that I care, I just can't get my hands on it) and we still get blasted in PM's and in threads (more so wdm)... Why Mystery said what he said to penguin, he has his own reasons...

So far I'm loving this ROM considering its only a WIP...maybe on the next update you can make this ROM compatible for the iPhone and add 4D technology and 5G speed!

Sorry to hear that. New phones tend to get priority for many reasons.
Fact is, because the new HTC phones have been rooted, we know it's coming for the Evo.
You're always welcome to try to learn how to 'hack' and come up with the root method yourself.
Funny thing is by the time you get a different phone root will probably have been achieved.

I don't think the GPS will ever be perfect. I am just hoping all the random reboots are finally gone. I found it is more related to battery power. As my battery got below 30% and my memory was cleared out. It rebooted once an hour until I put it on charge then no more reboots.
No more leaks! Lol. Yes, there nice to know that its still being update. But give it up samsung, you'll never get it perfect. Our devs are better than yours

You mean SamSprint. Samsung released Gingerbread to Galaxy S series in Europe months ago. My guess is FCC restrictions in the US make Sprint and Samsung (as well as the other US carriers) work together to make it conform. Thus the modem issue.

The FCC is primarily concerned with hardware - I have no idea how they would have anything to do with holding back a software upgrade.

Not sure but that would be the only difference with Galaxy S series in the US and in Europe. Of course if the FCC has caused restrictions in our hardware that makes the European version of Gingerbread not compatible, there would be the connection.
