I live in india and my frnd is gonna send me an unlocked t-mobile hd2 here in india.
Kindly tell me that would i be able to use the EDGE/GPRS services in india?
We do have the 3G services available here, but my query is that would i be able to use these services?
Or do i have to flash any custom ROm for that?
Kindly Guide me through the procedure.

Yes you will be able to get EDGE/GPRS, but no you will not be able to recieve 3G as the bands are different.

is there any chances to unlock my Droid-X so that it can work on another network ?
to be specific I want to use Droid-X here in India on either Reliance or Tata (both CDMA) carriers.

You'd need to be able to replace/modify the UIM(CDMA equivalent of a SIM card) to change carriers, I don't know anything about it but there's probably a tutorial somewhere online.
In china, we run droidx in China Telecom, but you need some carrier information like IMSI ESN AKEY AN/AAA and write it to droidx use QPST

i has to install the rom from telus, becouse if i install another, i lost the LTE capability, and i dont know why, i tried to install this rom(telcel) and i had two problems, lost of the lte capability and i was unable to activate by this post (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2489766), and the second problem was the network lock, so i can use on my network, anybody can help me????

In this device , I can not use any voice call, only use the 3G / 4G data service.
This occurred after the exchange of a ROM.
My bootloader and modem is BOK3 version .
