Hi,
On the Galaxy S phone you can change some registry keys to force an upgrade though. How can you do this on a tab to upgrade the same way.
Thanks

First of all, our phone doesn't have this type of notifications to tell user there's an update available. If so, only to 2.2 froyo, via KIES. Are you sure you are the G3 user?
You will probably be one of the Samsung Galaxy S3 owners out there, they post here alot, because they think this forum is for SGS3, which isn't. I repeat - read forum name correctly, S3 users This is the forum for Galaxy 3 GT-I5800. Not the S3.
Hi there,
I have the I9505 Samsung Galaxy S4 which I have just rooted. What I want to know is how I can install the Android keyboard which is far superior to the Samsung version. For a start when the Samsung comes up with a suggested word, you have to physically select the word whereas with the Android keyboard you just press space and carry on.
I was using the Omega ROM on my S3 but unfortunately this isn't out yet on the I9505 version.
Can anyone help?

Actually I found the following link and installed the keyboard from there and it seems to work fine! Does anyone know if this is the latest version?

Hallo all! I recently bougt some NFC-TAGs and want to use them with the Any-Tag-app. Unfortunatelly I get an error eacht time I touch a NFC-TAG resulting in the message, that Any-TAG has been shut down.
I'm using a
- Samsung Galaxy S4 Black-Edition phone (Modelnumber: GT-I9505)
- Android version 4.4.2
- firmware-version I9505XXUGNF1
- rooted via CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.tar.md5
Did anyone experience the same issue and knows how to fix it? Are there similar apps to Any-TAG which allow to turn on/off GPS, Energy-Saving-Mode, Mobile-Data via NFC-TAGs?
Thank you in advance!

I am trying to install Samsung Call and text on other device apk onto my Samsung Tab A 8.0 (Android Pi, One UI 1.1). Though Samsung Call and text on other device doesn't come along with Tab A but I want to test it out. Every time, the installation ends at App not installed.
What is the problem? How to resolve? Do I need to root the device or need to do something else?
Please help !!!
