Market FC!!!

I am having trouble with the Android Market force closing as soon as I open it. Last night I reinstalled CM 6.1 cause my phone became really buggy so I did it hoping it would work right again. Everything seems to be ok except the market. I cleared the data in settings but that did not help. Can someone please help me figure this out? Thanks in advance!

Try reflashing the gapps with the older market, 10/20, I believe it is.

[Q] Maps version 5.12. - Why? Please help...

As I know v6.4 is the latest version of Google Maps for Android but I'm stuck with 5.12 and there is no update...
I'm new to Android (just switched from Symbian) but am I missing something? Is the Maps version specific to a device, OS version or maybe a firmware?! Please help...
Please... Anyone... Some help for a beginner... Anyone...
No update??
Where you look for the update?
What is the last update date you see on this page? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.maps
It says varies with device... When I check my current version it is 5.12... market says its up to date...

My 6800 has version 6.4.0. Maybe try clearing data/cache, uninstalling any updates and then going back to the Play store to update again?
While you open https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...roid.apps.maps
on your PC with your google account signed in what does it say?
Install?
Installed?
Try to install it from the play store website.
It says installed... Is there a way to remove Maps an then installs it again? I tried in settings under applications but there is no option to uninstall it... Can you help?

Well, thank you all.
What you are saying, I already did all those. But no result.
I am using creeds rom. I tried the latest version as well as old version of play store. It was good earlier. But I don't know why it suddenly behaves like that. All the time it shows No Network. But I don't have any network problem. Cause all my other apps running smoothly. Just can't connect to play store.

I also got the same problem but mine gives "Connection Timed Out" message...
I'm on Stock ROM and i already tried all of the suggestions but it didn't work...
any suggestions more,,.??
Try deleting your google account, then setting it up again. There might be a bug there. Also, some roms have edited hosts files. This may lead to internet issues.
