Hi
for the second time, my mp3 files has been deleted and I see nothing when I open the Music folder from my phone..
but when I connect the device using "Disk Drive" connection, I see large files (some of them are 2 GB size and bigger ) and they are currupted, I can't delete,rename,move them !
however, the free memory still like before the problem happens,,
in the first time, I had to format my sd card..
I'm not ready to format it again because it takes alot of time to refill the card with files

I have seen this issue with my HTC Touch Elfin. I can't delete these huge files via activesync as well, but I can delete them by directly putting the SD card on a regular memory card reader on desktop/laptop Windows.
The only suspect was the files corrupted whenever the HTC Touch hang and have to remove battery to soft reset it.

Please ,
is it possible to install these soft on storrage in stead of the Ram ?
if yes please how we can do it
Thanks
When installing them with the .exe, you can choose the destination. I wouldn't recommend to install these into the Ram since they are loaded often. Keep them in the RAM!
To force a particular path for installation of CAB files, use CABinstl which can be found at http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=17552&associateid=326.

The latest release of PocketBreeze (4.3.16) has a new feature that allows you to set the number of seconds to wait before loading the program so that your device's SD card is ready, which helps avoid errors.

How do you mean damaged?
I suspect your memory-cards are fine just the file-system is damaged or formatted. If they are detected as a Device when you plug them in to your Computer download the "MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition". It's a freeware Program with which you can partition and format your SD-Cards.

I have a rooted Droid X and I am trying to install apps from the market. When the apps get down downloading i get this error:

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
This does not happen to all the apps, just some apps that i try to install. I also get this when i try to update some apps to.
Anyone have a idea what i could do to fix this?
I was getting that message as well. I searched around and found this bit of advice as a work around: just unmount the SD Card by going into Settings > Storage > Unmount SD card & download whatever you wanted, then just re-mount the card when the install finished. But I grew tired of that so I copied the files on my card onto my computer & used my DX to re-format the card. Then I re-loaded most of the files I copied & haven't had that problem since.
I hope this helps.

My numbers doesn't add up here. Alot of storage has just gone missing.
This morning, my time, i got tored of the low low storage space message and decided to remove the downloaded files from spotify through the delete cache and data option. The phone told me that I had ~4 GB of storage in that app. After removing it. the only thing that shifted was that the ~4 GB of storage it used no longer is alocated to it, but the storage didn't decide go free either, it just disappeared.
Are there any fast solutions or good places i could start looking for the files i need to delete to free the storage? I've tried using search in total commander and couldn't find any spotify folder that looked susoicious and big.
The phone is rooted so there really arnät any options I cant try, so please, brainstorm away
My HTC M9 PLUS storage (Phone storage and SD Card ) encrypted and use normaly.recently i had to replace power button ribbon cable which also need to replace volume,sd card reader since it comes as single unit.

after that i cannot read my SD card data.currenly phone is not encrypted.i suspect this could due to card reader replace .
new data stored in sd card can read without issues.how i can decrypt and read my old data in SD card?
