when I got the G2 and installed a few apps. I would get 1500-1650 in the quadrant speed test.
Now with more time and more apps, when I test it would measure 1450-1530. Is there any reason why my speed reduced? Could it be the apps?

More apps running in the back ground the slower your phone will run.
You can run the phone at 1800mhz just fine if you want some speed.
My current quadrant score.

So everyone knows that the newer linpack scores are not as high as the older version’s scores, which is all good because they seem not to range as much and are more accurate. Everyone also knows that you can’t post scores with the older versions. So how are these people getting these high scores at greenecomputing.com Well I can’t vouch for everyone but I personally cheated, it was fairly easy here’s how to do it.
Get the older version
Run and Save you scores
Then install new version
Open previous runs and post away
i know there were some hacks there
and can you post the old ver

But...I have a screenshot. That's even more proof. You can run linpack on another device a spoof the build. You aren't very bright are you?
i know you can spoof the build....i look at the site regularly

I only have a Dinc so all my scores are from that... but yea Frank b2 would put me in the nexus one section.

There you go.
It perches majestically upon the arid rock it calls home, gently tilting its' large boney head into the wind to better search for predators. Little known in the scientific community, the ram, or "Ovis Aries" has a penchant for fine wines and delicate fruit platters.

Is that flashable?
My first attempt on Antutu scored 20k, 2nd 21k and last 20k. Btw, I'm using cyanogenmod lastest nightly with this custom kernel and also fauxclock.
Here are my clock settings:

My last attempt scored like this:
and compared to other LG G2:
I'm little worried about the result that my device had. I think it is really low.
Can someone share their OC/GPU/UV settings that will be good at gaming but not that hot?
Thanks in advance and hope you can help me guys.
Does your device still run swiftly?
Benchmarks are pretty to look at, when you have nice scores. But in reality they are meaningless.
Just my opinion of coarse.

Hi,
Read the lastest pages of the kernel thread I (we) speak about thermal throttling... Maybe your CPU can't handle the overclock to 2,5 Ghz too...
Plus AOSP/CM rom scores always lower than stock, I mean compared with LG rom.
You are complaining in your other thread about CPU temp and you are overclock to 2,5 Ghz for benchs...
Why does it even matter? Benchmarks are lame.
Is there a performance benefit of turning some of these features on?

Force GPU rendering will get you a little more speed but some apps will get screen tear and fc and u will get a higher bench score. The rest won't do to much and will just cause more battery drain and fc

Force GPU will do little in terms of real world performance on your phone. Changing the animation speeds to .5 will make the phone FEEL snappier, as it makes the windows pop in and out faster.
On a stock ROM there aren't many good uses. On custom firmware you can set reboot list options, ART, and a couple others, but really its not useful for the every day user.
K thx guys. I'll keep it off.

I think I have a problem with my LG G2, I did benchmarks with Androbench and only get a random write speed 4k of 0.45 MB/s.
According to reviews the device should be able to get 1.25 - 1.35 MB/s random write.
Running Cloudyflex 2.6, dont know what the speeds are on stock rom, but I dont think it will make difference.
Should I go back to T-mobile and get another G2 ?

Try with another rom or at least with another kernel, i'm on pardusHDclassic with bruce kernel 0.41 and all goes well
Edit: sequential test give very different score.
