I recently started using a new rom which I really like, but there was a certain keyboard type on the previous rom I was using that I liked a LOT better. I've been able to dump the rom and I've found the XML file for the keyboard but I'm unsure what to do after this point. Anyone have any ideas?

I newly un-hid and found my Ext_Rom in my Dopod 818.I was wondering how I can delete ClearVue's (Default PDF reader) cab file from its list.I tried and analyzed all of the files within the extended Rom but I don't know which one is installing this damn ClearVue while costumizing my Dopod.
Is there any brilliant hero around to help me on that?I would be really appreciated.
My Rom Version is :2.15.13.27

Actually, scratch my last post.
I copied the CAB file over to the device and installed it seemingly succesfully. Unfortunately, it won't run.
Error states:

Can't find "RSSHub" (or one of it's components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.
I noticed there isn't an executable in the CAB file, alas I know nothing of how these things work. I'm a bit of a newbie to this kind of thing so any help is appreciated!

Hi guys im trying to customize my own rom by installing cabs from a base "lite" rom but I would really like to have bluetooth explorer / FTP but I cant find a working cab for polaris. I have done a search and downloaded some versions but none of them seem to work properly on polaris, If somebody could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying disassembling applications and modifying system files, but when I try to install them on the phone gives me problems when modifying the file update.zip
