is it possible to flash juicy's r2 sense rom on a mac? Also are there any free sync clients like syncmate but it lets you back up and add music? please help
AFAIK, there's no way to use the RUU tool to flash via USB if you're on a Mac. However, if you already have HardSPL, just download the ROM you want and rename the NBH file to rhodimg.nbh, and put that on the root of your MicroSD card. Put the MicroSD back into the phone and manually boot into the bootloader and follow the instructions. It'll flash from your MicroSD just like it would a regular ROM, and it works just as well.
ok thanks, so i guess ill need a micro sd. ive seen someone flash a rom from the sd but the bootloader part looked a little confusing...i guess ill just figure it out. thanks again

I had this problem for a while. even though all my files were on the root of my SD card I got the same message.
try this...
on your root of SD card, create a folder called android. copy(not cut or move) all files over to that folder.
so now you have all files on your root SD and in android folder on your root SD.
hop this helps.
I was having the same problem. The rootfs.img is on the root of the drive. It boots up fine when it creates the data store but if try to boot again it fails on the that error.
Android 2.1 has to be in the ROOT e:/haret.exe also rootfs.
Android 2.2 (froyo), al the files have to be in the root folde from SD card like e:/android/haret.exe
I had the same problem.
When you have more then one 2.2 froyo versions on you phone, you need to rember that when you want to load, lets cal it froyo 1 you need to name the folder Android and the other one lets call it froyo2 name it diferent. If you dont do that and you select froyo 2 to boot IT WILL load the files from froyo 1 sinse that folder is still named android. try it out and you will see.
Please read this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=732380 and then STEP 4.
If you read the steps 1 to 4 you cant go wrong. step 5 is not really nessesary i think.
Is it possible to get wifi calling working on bionix 1.3? I know they have a file on the teamwhisky link but when I extract it and add the .apk files to the system/app folder on my sd card it doesnt read it? I'm assuming im doing this wrong so if anyone can help me out id really appreciate it.
Very happy otherwise with the rom so far, its my first one.... Any other suggestions for another very stable cool looking rom? Also really looking for something with wifi calling, thanks!
Not sure if Bionix is a 2.2 or 2.2.1 rom, but wifi calling is currently half broken on all 2.2.1 roms and is therefor not recommended.
if you are loading it to the external SD card then you might not be able to get to it. I can never see my external SD card. Push all zips to the internal SD and reboot into recovery. That is info for future use.
If you have done that and it still will not work then re-download the zip as it might have gotten corrupted.
Install bloater on your phone

it is a 2.2 rom, and I was able to load it through external sd zip in recovery mode.
Wifi calling is now working flawlessly, absolutely love it
I use HD2 Tmobile with rom [08 Sep][SD/Magldr][BoxmaXMccM S3.5 v2.0][HTC Bliss GB 2.3.4 +Sense3.5 ][K:JW 2.1]
I found an update kernel from there : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17383472&postcount=196
but i dont know how to update this kernel for my phone.
I just copy this file into Folder Android on SD Card via card Reader and boot to Android.
But my phone is stuck at HTC Boot and don`t boot after one hour
Plese help me update this great kernel for this rom. Thanks
after download, extract the file and copy 3 file (root, update and zimage) to your android root folder.... (it is better for you to do this in winmo, then boot into android..)
Anyone have an idea on when I'll be able to copy items to the SD card? I'm not rooted and I would try root but I would hate to brick the unit.
You will need root for copy the items. If you did not follow the procedure unlock bootloader and install root will brick your unit.
it really easy and simple unlock bootloader then rooted. (http://nvidiashieldzone.com/index.php/shield-android-tv/)
