i hope so too..everyone's been speculating, and guessing that today is the day..just hope it is the day..the last few hours i've got this bad feeling that it may not be..
its just a bit weird that google have been so tightlipped about it..only indicators that something is due, is the arrival of the gingerbread statue, and the adobe Flash and AIR updates..time will tell..
its kind of strange we haven't had any sort of leak, so i'm seriously starting to doubt that today is the day

Alright, let's lay this to rest. 2.1 will not be out until May. Sprint started training on 2.1 on 04/19/10 and it runs 3 weeks. So we wont see it until mid to late May. Any one who has 2.1 in their phone, it's either a custom ROM or the 2.1 leak thats floating around.

2.3 GB is already being worked on its not fully 100% for the heroc but its in the works. There is no timeframe from the devs as all of them have lives and do this on the side so there is no expected time dude. The 2.3 source was released not long ago just be patient and check the development section sometimes.

This an android 2.3 os alpha version because it seem fast, but alot of feature of native android apps or function doesnt work yet or isnt in this rom yet.
Is an early test developer rom, should be able on beta by late January and full stable by feb. Pure assumption so far coming from me on timetable of this development.

Im talking about stable and every day 2.3 os roms with it natural features working camera,usb tethering,camcorder,wifi,bluetooth file sharing,bluetooth audio,gps and other android feature outthere too. Not the alpha version that out now.

Honestly, as long as they're still making builds, I'm happy. I really think samsung is trying to break the image they have of rushing updates. I wouldn't be surprised if there were no bugs once this gets pushed out.

Also noticed that it say the WiMax Modem baseband firmware is back on DH24, while EF02 is running firmware EC04. Hmmm...Wonder what's with that.
Edit: Just checked the EF02 page, it also says that it's running DH24, but my phone says EC04 in reality. Just an anomaly.

It would simply be nice if Sprintsung would release timely updates. Really, I'd accept buggy releases (like we don't already get those) if we got them at all as well as sources.
