Ok so i just got my phone back from the service center....
The first time i can turn on my phone,set the setup(google sign-in,facebook) but then i turn on the phone to put the sim card....
i put the sim card,charge the phone and turn it ON....it goes through the splash screen (the htc magic logo) fine but at the lock screen it says process android bla bla bla FC...i pull the battery then turn on the phone but after the splash screen the screen went black,blue and then fade to white (Blank)
i called the service center and they email me the instruction to hard reset the phone....i hold the home+back then end call button,press the ball and then call button,the phone restart but after the splash screen the screen goes to blank....
when do the HOME+BACK+POWER button OR the BACK+POWER button the screen doesnt go BLANK,only after the splash screen....
and now i have to send it back to the service center again
Do you know why is the screen goes BLANK?is it because the ROM?they just replace the motherboard...Thanks

I have an elf, in last days i faced a problem, sometimes the phone hangs and the screen go blank, when i press on/off button nothing happens, when i reset the smart mobility will come but again the screen goes blank.
i should wait for some minutes then restart the phone, i noticed that the battery get hot sometimes.
What should i do ?

My x10i hanged when making a call, had to remove the battery.
Now the problem is the damned phone wont startup. I get the vibration from pressing the startbutton and the screen turns on (if tilted you can see the "backlight") but then nothing absolutely nothing happens, dont react on any keypresses after the "startup".
Tried removing battery for extended period but no change phone just wont go any further then
1 vibrating on startpress
2 turning on backlight on screen
any tips help would be apretiated.
after 10 consecutive batteryout and restart the phone magicly started again but seems like serius software errors so will have to reroot
my trophy is acting strange.. when i lock the screen it turns on itself about 1-2 mins after i locked it, and it runs like a welcoming introduction to the phone like a video that shows the features of the phone and i just tap the screen and goes away but goes straight to the home screen as if i unlocked it normally and dont know how to make it no to do that.. and it just uses battery life.. please help!!!!
Hello guys, my Nokia 6.1 Plus has developed a weird problem. When I turn on the phone the screen lights up as normal, displaying the androidone logo followed by the NOKIA logo before proceeding to the homescreen where it operates as normal. However, when I press the power button to turn the display off or when the display times out and goes off it doesn't wake up. It remains dark when I double tap on the screen or when I press the power button. The screen turns on but remains dark as I can feel it vibrate and respond to touch when I touch anywhere on the screen. I basically have to restart the phone to get it working again. The phone is basically unusable as I can't have the screen stay on all the time for me to use it.
What might be causing the problem and what can I do to remedy it?
Try to backup your important data and perform a factory reset.
May b it's hardware problem
