Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me out. I installed Phone Fusion so that I could have Visual Voicemail for my HD2 and it works great except that for each voicemail I get sent a text message with PFMA followed by many random numbers. This is quite annoying and I was wondering if anyone knew how to stop the text messages from coming in. Or is there a way to block the specific number that they are calling from so I dont get them or at least see them. Thanks!
Any help any1?
Anyone please?
have you contacted the makers of the software ?
I recently flashed my phone with the energy rom that doesn't have any htc sense, instead comes with spb shell. The issue that I'm having is when ever I call my voicemail I get a text message like this "129 //vvm:SYNC:ev=MBU".
This is really annoying and I want to get rid of it some how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I noticed that too.
However, I use Google Voice, so I never call my voicemail.

Its just something that shouldn't be happening. I definitely appreciate all of the work that the developers do on this site but some of the little stuff that doesn't get checked for bugs is annoying. Its almost like microsoft releaseing things even though they know there are bugs and relying on the users to point it out. Just frustrated :/
I get the same thing and I have Miri ROM. It would be nice to know how to fix it.
vvm:SYNC:ev=MBU
visual voice mail. i assume the roms you are on dont have it included.
You could perhaps hide the problem by turning off network messages, or can you turn off vvm on your t mo account? or you can probably download and install vvm as a cab. (Its certainly there in my kitchen, so i assume someone will have made it into a cab by now)
I have no MWI(Voicemail Notification from my provider)

You need to input your phone number when MIUI asks you to add one, it doesn't have it by default. And if you call your own number, it leads you straight to voicemail. Should be that way on all carriers.

Does your provider have a voicemail app in the market for android? Or you could use a 3rd party voicemail app. I seem to be receiving my vm's, but I use the T-Mobile voicemail app.

In MIUI only(official release or RoyalMIUI), when someone call me and leave me a message in my voicemail (from my mobile provider) i doesnt see any notifications, it's ok with others customs roms (like VU or Doubleshot, etc)
How it works : Someone call me, leave a message, the provider send me notification by sms containing a mwi signal so the "cassette" icon appear on the notification bar and when i click on "New Voicemail" it connect me to my voicemail (same as dialing "1" in dialer)
I hope you understand what im trying to explain
Any Ideas? I flashed my phone to VU as daily use Rom for now until somebody release a fix for that
Same on MIUI 1.9.2 !
Do you have a solution for me ? It's an important feature for me !

I hate to bring this up from the dead...but has anyone found a solution? I've flashed to the latest MIUI as of today and I don't get the cassette notification when a VM is left for me.
Any advice other than "re-flashing" would be great because I've done that already.

What MIUI did you flash anyway?
this has been a message from the dead pool.
Since I installed the SOS ROM I no longer get a message when I have a new voicemail. I see a missed call notification and if I dial in to my phone number it will tell me I have voicemails. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
Thanks
You still use the stock voicemail? Lol jk. I'ma look into this, but it should be working. Give me a few days. I'll try to be quick though, I realize that not getting VMs blows
Can anyone with some knowledge tell me that which system file or anything similar is responsible to carry out the outgoing SMS task activity?
I want to have a look at it, because my phone is sending out SMS with a +1 before them which is causing the SMS not to be delivered.
P.S: I'm using Verizon Galaxy S5 latest 4.4.4 stock rom and rooted.
I've tried asking in the respectice section, but no one seems to be helping out there.
